    This brilliant 😜 INTENSE, basic level workout includes a mixture of simple, basic, moves on and off the bench. There is A LOT of repetition, a lot more than usual but it’s not boring, I promise he he.
    This is gonna be great in helping you get used to doing some of the classic moves we do on a regular basis. B and I also got a great workout which is something I love about basic step. It doesn’t have to always be complicated.
    Look for your staple moves like: Basic step, V-Step star, grapevines, corner ham curls, L-step, lunges and over the top variations- these are all included in the choreography for this basic workout!
    You can do the workout with or without risers to change the intensity level- If you want to increase intensity, just add risers.

    One of my favorites. The best part is the music, love this one! Ps anything that would help me t anywhere close Browyn’s abs I’m all in!

    Very basic, very intense. I thought I was through the tough part and then got to the standing exercises at the end! While my personal preference is more complicated choreography, there's something nice about keeping it simple as well.
