I took step classes a long time ago and the instructor always had her back to us. So much easier to follow!! Looking through so many step workouts on RUclips and all instructors face forward. I wish there were more like this!! Thank you!
Nina Letzeisen Exactly! So much better with the instructor facing the front just like us. I don’t know when or where the mirroring trend started. It’s gotta go. It’s not at all an effective teaching strategy, especially on video. I’m happy to see this one filmed correctly!
Nice workout! However it stops for a few minutes from 22.20. Please kindly look into this as this is one of the best step I’ve seen so far. Easy to follow for a beginner especially because you are facing forward. Thank you😊
The glitch threw me off at first. Then I decided to just keep going because the workout is very basic and the cuing is excellent! When the video came back I was on the same step. Sound was great. Loved this! Got all my steps in today!

I'm glad that you faced away, so we could copy you rather than mirror you! Mush easier to follow. Just like at the gym. Maybe put up a mirror in front of you (Like at the gym, where the front wall is a big mirror) so we can also see your face. Thumb Up!

YES - if there is any issue like that (which I'm working to resolve - ugh!) try to keep going by just listening to the cues. Once you have those step names down, if you can hear the audio still then the timing should work for you to keep following along!

Thank you for the basic workout. Wondering if you could do a few more focused at people that know the moves but have just gotten out of shape (plus back and calf pain means no high impact) 🤗

This is a really good basic workout. The cueing is excellent, so the glitch in the middle isn't a problem.

I am used to the instructor having her back toward me and struggle when they face me. Please post more like this.
