Perfect step class , choreography not too complicated so get a much better workout because it’s fairly easy to follow, but interesting enough not to be boring. Best one I have found on RUclips

I finally bought a step and I love, love, love your classes! It is so much easier to do the routine the way you are filming now, away from us. I hope that if you are able to go back to a regular gym and filming that you'll consider treating your video watchers as of they are in the class. It is so much easier to follow. Im very grateful for this routine I felt it I was able to keep throughout all the video I finally felt I workout my whole body, thus will be my favorite video so far! I'll do this 3times a week or more thank 🌹.

I did this routine again today at normal speed. It's satisfying. However, I will still do .95 speed next time till I get better because I felt I was rushing it through today and I almost twisted my left ankle. Btw, hubby said that he found this step rhyme helped him fall asleep. I can't believe he fell asleep right in the living room while I was working out. lol
Just done with this gr8 workout!.❤ Loved the easy but tricky combos. Ur workouts truly keep me energized on my cardio days!!!. Thank you so much, Bronwyn. ❤. A suggestion..maybe next time for a beginner/ intermediate combo workout, the music pace can be around 135-138bpm??. Just a suggestion, plz. Have a gr8 week and cant wait for ur next workout!!!
Anu Saxena thank you!! 😀 I can definitely do a beginner one with a quicker pace but if I teach choreography that’s much more complex AND faster you will probably see me fall, lol:)

I am guessing that you feel it is easier for someone who is not used to following along in mirror style to understand this back-to method...i think its ok for videos, or even if a class has mirror walls, for the instructor to be able to see students...but not so much a pure fitness class where it is important for the instructor to be able to view the participants directly for form or technique issues...thanks.
step is the only format I teach back facing. I am very particular about form but with step, people just catch on so much easier if we're on the same foot.

I have a Reebok step and it seems to be higher than yours even at the lowest setting. One of my.knees has been bothering me and I think a lower step would help. What step do you recommend? I'm 71 years old but in good health. My knees just aren't what they once were. Thanks.
Are you referring to the step height? Can it not just be placed on the floor without any risers, making about 3"? The previous rectangular version could...
