El 0,168" es correcto, pero el 0,030" debería ser cero. Aún funcionará si lo hiciste con el valor 0.030" pero debería ser cero. @@dlfabrications Thank you for the advice, when I finished ep 11 there were no further episodes showing. I hope you have been able to source some material for the buttons, if not, seeing it is such a small amount required could you use a worn/broken drill shank? Close to the bottom of the flutes it will be hard but at the bottom of the shank it should be softer, of course you would have to harden and temper it before use.🤔
@@garychaplin9861 I do not know how you got to these videos but if you visit my channel, then click on videos or view videos you get a list of all my videos. From that, if my play list is incomplete and you do not see all 13 videos on the eureka build, you can find the two 12,13 you missed out on. The one thing I am not sure about this tool is the center hole at the end of the tool where you fasten the cutter blank. I made mine off-center by 0.030" I think but if the tool was made with centers that line up, I think the tool would still make the gear cutters with the correct geometry. I could not at the time of the build find drill rod 1 to 2 inches reasonably priced in my region to make cutter blanks.
