They will cover wood working, metal working, machinery maintenance and 3D printing That is the main vision for the future but things change. There might be some other topics covered. I will try to provide some theory behind machinery operation and purpose of objects created. If you leave a comment down below, I will try to get back to you. If you click on VIDEOS you will see all my videos or look at the PLAYLISTS and pick a topic.

How to spray can and install new fenders on a 2010 Nissan Sentra 2024 08 12 Part#2
Просмотров 92 месяца назад
I need new fenders. My daily driver is a Nissan 2010 Sentra. It has factory mud flaps on it. The mud flaps where rubbing through that fender clear coat, paint and primer. The fenders slowly started rusting for the outside and the Styrofoam on the back side of the fenders made it rust on the back side of the fenders. In this video I install the newly painted KAPA fenders. I got good results, but...

Trailer brought back to life 2024 07 08

I found this trailer along a tree line under growth. We had left it there a few years back and forgot about it. I decided to bring it back to life. It is handy in the woods for hauling fire wood in heavy wooded areas. I mumble a bit in the video but my excuse is the temperature was 35 degrees Celsius. 👍❗ SUBSCRIBE❗ Thank you for watching and see you in the next video.

Baling Hay 2024 07 05
Просмотров 353 месяца назад
I have a few small fields that I bale the hay ounce a year. This year I did not fertilize any of the fields and to my surprise I got a good crop so far. My camera has sawdust inside it and sometimes my picture quality suffers. I am thinking of getting a Sony camera with mic jacks. But that is a future purchase. 👍❗ SUBSCRIBE❗ Thank You for watching and see you next video.

I needed a new style of end table for my Patio/Deck chair line. I found an old photo and modified the design for my need. If you really want to save yourself some time watch the whole video. If you want to get into it skip to 5:34/20:01.
These are some busy airways😊
In part #2 I install the newly painted fenders. I was not able to fully video the final stage of the install but I took photos of it. The photos are at the end of the video.😊
Ounce you do it, you get more confidant in what you are doing and it gets easier. Do not try to cover things up in one pass, you will get bad results. It really comes together on the third coat. There are photos at the end of the video of the before and after.😊
The final assembly starts at 19:01/39:59.😊 The preparation of the lumber is look for defects, cut out loose knots( the planar hates those), plane or edge one good face, plane piece to thickness, edge one good side, cut to width on table saw. A lot of rinse and repeat.😊
Lost a bit of footage, the camera lens get stuck in a open position but I got it to go after having assembled the radiator some clean up around the radiator area. I had to open up the air intake passage through the radiator shroud to provide clearance between the air intake metal tube and the radiator. The tube for some reason would rub up against the radiator and would have punctured the radiator.😊
It was a hot day. 35 degrees Celsius. 😁
I got 45 round bales and 220 small squares out of 1 of 4 fields. Wow it was a hot day.😁👍❗
If you do not get past the introduction, you do not see the build. If you want, you can skip to 9:00/23:41.
I ended up not make a top shelf on the bench/storage unit.😊
You can you other things like racoons, chickens and more. It really brightens the mood when working in the garden.😊
Yeah that is a ________. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
You can find photos at the end of the video that may contain information not found in the video.😊
I how hope they will be mice hunters.😁😂
I took the spindle apart and changed the bearings. It removed .005 of runout. I tried turning the blade face mount but it was harden steel. I would have needed a spindle grinder but it did not show any spindle face runout. The spindle shaft might have some runout but I did not pick it up on the dial indicator. While on the table saw, it had .012 runout total and with the new bearings it had .007. I might try replacing the spindle in the future.🤔😁
Do you have a link where u got the muffler?

Fixing a Honda GX160 5.5Hp recoil starter. Trying to get the length and tension right is a hit and miss deal. Hint, do not cut any rope length until you try it first on the engine.😁
I will endeavor to make one within this month.

So cool i love these videos
There are many ways to cut quarter sawn lumber. The fasts way I found was 1.split log in half 2.turn log 90 degrees 3.cut your boards from log.🤔🤔
I had been hearing a rumbling for the better part of the morning. At a distance I spotted ice tumbling higher up the river. This normally takes place at the end of March or the beginning of April.😲
There are photos at the end of the video showing the final assembly. 🙂
Want a better demonstration? I will make another video on the topic if enough request it.😊😊
There are photos at the end of the video that are not part of the video.😊😁
Brother, that's spot on brilliant.
I am thinking on make a multi size sharpener/shaper. If you are in a hurry to see this in action, skip to 4:21/8:30. 🤔🤔🤔🤔😁
I made one out of maple and at a later time I made one that had a roof framed to it. The one with the roof frame was for throwing blankets on top and creating a fort like structure. 😊😊
Snow guard? wouldn't that be the dash board?
I ended up just giving the board three coats of Polyurethane.😊😊
The dovetail jig manual states it can do dovetails of 1" and pins of 3/4". The manual is wrong because you cannot make a dovetail large then the bit. The dovetail bits included in the kit is 3/4" and 1/2". The 3/4" bit included in the kit does not have a long enough shank, you have to leave a 1/4" between the armature and the bit and then tighten the collet. The bit should seat up against the armature. The kit can clamp up to 1" thick boards. if you want to make 1" finger joints, you need to buy a 1 1/2" long 1/2" rotor bit. I have tried the smaller joints yet so I cannot comment on these. 😁😁😊😊
Leave a comment if you figured out the proper order of assembly. You have to watch till the installation of seat slats.
If you cut two boards at a 45` and join them together you get 90` corner. If you taper the sides at 2rise:14run, to get a 90` corner are the boards still cut at 45`? The answer at the end of the video. 🤔🤔🤔🤔⁇
I do not know if I talked about this in the video. You can always lower the drum on the work piece with the lever and raise with the height screw until the drum has light friction with the work piece.🤔🤔😁😁😁😁
Can't wait to try it out.😁😁
Cutting wheel is 1/16" ish thick and a grinding disc is 1/8 plus thick. Never grind something with a cutting disc, it will eventually shatter. 😁❗
please never grind with a cutting disc
There's a special reamer for this job. Let's hope nobody is stupid enough to do what you've done here. 😢You haven't a clue.
gracias por compartir los planos un abrazo

I know, I got a few broken springs on the tedder.😊
Anyone have a different way of gluing live edge?🙂🙂
If know why this is repeatedly happening let me in the comments below.😁
It really was hanging by thread.😅
I bought some chickens a few weeks ago and they are inside the building. They are stinking up the building so I am building them a new home.😊
The chickens are going to love this coop. It will be fun to see there reaction to the coop.😁
Fantástico, para quem entende de mecânica industrial é bastante útil.
I am maybe going to try my hand at spraying this piece. I have never sprayed on stain, but I am going to try on a test piece. If any of you know how the cabinets makers do this, let me know in the comments. 🤔
