5 Exercise Upper Back Activation Sample Pre Warm Up

While this is a great pre warm up for activating the upper back muscles, it's also a good for posture as it works muscles that are underdeveloped and help the shoulders healthy.
You can do this 3-4x a week to improve posture, regardless of doing it before a workout.
1. Underhand Band Pull Apart x 12
2. Band Dislocations x 6-8
3. Prone Y-T-W 5 sec each position x 2
4. Blackburns x 5
5. Push Up Plus x 8-10 reps
Go through 2x before going into your regular warm up. Спорт
