5 Mobility Exercises To Warm Up and Prep Hips & Low Back

Whether a daily ritual for getting the hips and low back to feel better or if you want a dynamic warm up that is quick and effective, here’s 5 exercises that will make you feel more Olympic today :)
Do each one of these for 60-90 seconds:
1️⃣ Cat/Cow
2️⃣ Childs Pose to Spider-Man Lunge
3️⃣ Spinal Roll w/ Calf/Ankle Opener
4️⃣ Adductor Rockback + Hip Activation
5️⃣ High Knee Pull Elbow to Instep
If something feels tighter spend a little more time on it.

I have had chronic hip and lower back and pelvic floor tightness and pain for years. I’ve done so much stretching and breathing and physio which helped to a certain extent. I started incorporating these movements (and some from the other videos) daily, and the relief from tightness and pain is stunning to me. I did not expect it- I just wanted to try something new. This might not be the video I expected to help the most for my postpartum recovery but here we are😅
