I enjoyed watching your journey 🤗! I actually plan on getting locs next months, but I can understand why you were ready for a change! Thanks for sharing 🥰!
I just started my loc journey a month ago and as a loose natural with at one point waist length hair, I never want to detangle my hair again. I’m loc’d for life. Lol
Maybe you could try using aloe vera from the plant, mixed with a lil jojoba oil for moisture and hold. You can also try "fermented rice water" it acts like a protein and has nutrients for the hair. You have to watch your hair with rice water because some people can use it everyday while others can only use it once/twice a week/month.
How has your journey been so far. Have you been experiencing lots of shedding post loc take down? Took mine out 2 months ago. 11 yrs as well. Getting a lot of shedding 2 months loose natural.
Congrats on finishing your loc removal journey! I haven't experienced alot of shedding but I have been trying to get into a regular hair care routine of washing my hair and oiling my scalp approx. every 2 weeks.
Although I'm happy that I removed my locs because it allowed me to experience (and love even more) my loose natural hair, I am in the process of locing my hair again.

Thank you for watching! Your hair is beautiful by the way. I hope you enjoy your loc journey.
@@msmoe7429 You’re welcome ☺️! And thank you so much as well🤗!
This was interesting to see. You kept good length. I'm 10 months in my loc journey. Supporting you, new sub.
Thank you!

Congrats on starting your hair journey!
I’ve had mine for 15 years & I’m scared to see how much hair I lose. Lol but I’m excited too
Wow! 15 years?. Your hair is still going to be bomb with or without the locs :-).
I just xant do it 🤣🤣 im 11 years myself 👀🤔🤔
Great video. I have the easiest tool i used for combing out my locs!
I love the leave in conditioner, so moisturizing. I changed the bottle because I hate the pump
That's a good idea. I wish I thought of that instead of struggling lol.
I’m combing out my dread locs today I had them for 6
Years
Congratulations! It's definitely a process but you got this.

I will definitely look into the aloe vera + jojoba oil mixture. Thank you for the suggestions.

Wow your looks were beautiful

Are you still happy you removed locs?
Although I'm happy that I removed my locs because it allowed me to experience (and love even more) my loose natural hair, I am in the process of locing my hair again.
Did you loose a lot of your length?
I didn't lose that much length. With locs, my hair was at the tip of my butt and now (when I stretch it) it stops at my torso.
@@msmoe7429 Oh wow! That’s amazing😍😍😍!
Had locs 14 years and thigh length... too long tbh...
Hi is it MUCH THINNER? Looked so thick before
Hi Focused!
It's a little thinner but that much.
