It would be great if they made sequel to Beetlejuice where we can hear his number called, that would explain why we wait 28+ years to see him! He is still waiting in line! Of course Michael Keaton staring, with little help of CGI, to hide his age

Beetlejuice Goes to Hawaii was Tim Burton writing the most horrible thing he could come up with so studios would stop pestering him about making a sequel. They were never going to make the movie and Tim Burton was never seriously pitching the idea.
So one of the long running jokes? Is that if they didn’t want his name said three times they’d spell it in a way that makes it difficult to say... Like if I didn’t want you to fuck around and say “Jim” I’d spell it “Gyeem” or “”Gem”... The subtle pronunciation would be a shield.

Mel Brooks cannot make HOTW2 as it's no longer politically correct. Mel could do Hitler on Ice, but Jews in Space would never even get off the ground (pun intended).
I have been a fan of Michael Keaton's since this movie. He always said that this was his favorite role to play, because he could really let loose. He said this is the only movie he's done so far that he would do a sequel to, because he had so much fun.
"Rumors of a Beetlejuice sequel are pretty much the internet's version of herpes. Just when you forget about it, there is another flare up." This day: 3/21/2024. Beetlejuice Beetlejuice trailer has been released with Michael Keaton reprising the role.... "Its show time"
Eh.. it may could work. Or coulda worked back when Tim still was on top of his game. It does sound sort of neat though. It may have woulda made more since to be in the cartoon.
Nope. I think it would have made a great movie then. If they made it now it think it should be set a year after the original. I don't see that style of humor working in modern times.
I live in the same neighborhood that Michael Keaton grew up in. 6 doors down to be exact. My mother graduated with him (still friendly), and because of the hometown hero thing he's always been my favorite actor. He's actually in my moms contacts still as Michael Douglas. Sadly, I've only met him a few times for less then an hour combined, but what a great, genuine, real person he is. Truly one of the most down to earth celebrities.

Hands down the best.
@@MichaelGaribaldi Yeah nah, Keaton was better!
When this came out on BluRay, I had to own it. Now it's a Friday night tradition. Pass a blunt and recite the dialog throughout the whole movie. Then we watch Tommy Boy then Animal House.
This is my favorite channel for these facts omfg I'm so glad I found it. All other channels that do this are so drawn out and robotic. Love the sass in this
The original, little miniature brothel model is part of the interior of the Planet Hollywood restaurant in Niagara Falls xD
1 think you didnt know. My grandmother would never let me see this movie as a kid ... but she let me watch nightmare on elm street lol
Can spaceballs be next and the impending spaceballs 2 sequel
i love this idea!
As soon as he mentioned the PG rating, I though Spaceballs.
Spaceballs 2 : The Schwartz Reawakens.
I'm still waiting for History of the World part 2 Jews in Space
Mel Brooks cannot make HOTW2 as it's no longer politically correct. Mel could do Hitler on Ice, but Jews in Space would never even get off the ground (pun intended).
I have been a fan of Michael Keaton's since this movie. He always said that this was his favorite role to play, because he could really let loose. He said this is the only movie he's done so far that he would do a sequel to, because he had so much fun.
"Rumors of a Beetlejuice sequel are pretty much the internet's version of herpes. Just when you forget about it, there is another flare up."
This day: 3/21/2024. Beetlejuice Beetlejuice trailer has been released with Michael Keaton reprising the role.... "Its show time"
Am I the only one who likes that Hawaiian idea?
Eh.. it may could work. Or coulda worked back when Tim still was on top of his game. It does sound sort of neat though. It may have woulda made more since to be in the cartoon.
Nope. I think it would have made a great movie then. If they made it now it think it should be set a year after the original. I don't see that style of humor working in modern times.
I don't give a shit what these guys say, "Juicifer" is brilliant!
+Frank Sadat good band too
I don't like that. Why they always go to HAwaii? Or to Transilvania? Or to other very clichee places? U.u;;;
Just do the part two next week! fucking love me some beetlejuice!
And now there's a musical! 😂
And it's f*cking amazing
@@llamapocolypes2875 Totally agree.
trueeeeeeeeee
And it's the best thing ever
Fuck that shit
*MASTERPIECE!*
Keaton was robbed of a Oscar!
Do Rocky Horror Picture Show !
This moive also had a cartoon
And a musical
Beetlejuice goes to Hawaii sounds much more interesting, but then again I'm not some cool hipster.
I'd prefer NO sequel over some Hawaiian sequel. But eh... whatever. It's not my money.
Would've played in perfectly with the cartoon
They should have did that movie. It would have been cool.
the Hawaiian concept is genius!!
Nice!!! One of my favorite movies of all time
I have Beetlejuice Christmas ornaments. Beetlejuice, the guy with the shrunken head, Gina Davis and Alec Baldwin.
"We come for your daughter, Chuck...Ahaha!!!"
So Beetlejuice goes Hawaiian because he wants to tally his bananas?
OMG thats super awesome, You have no idea, how much i love this movie because of how tangible the effects are, ITs something CGI today can not capture and can no produce the same feeling ever.
Ghostbusters 2016: "We're going to make the worst ghost movie sequal ever!"
Beetlejuice 2: "Hold my beer"
Not juice?
Yesssssssssss! love you guys
I think that proposed Hawaiian sequel sounds fun!
“nEEtherworld”
Thank you! Why.
stingerfreak
What?
1 e. Nether.
Jeffica Parrot Why did he pronounce it that way.
stingerfreak I don't know lmao
Definitely a part 2 of this...
Michael Keaton is LEGEND in this film. It's ONE of my favorite MK films. I need to order the blueray ASAP.
Time to turn on the juice, and see what shakes loose.
I am amazed to see that freezing the video at 1:59 you can see sunlight through the gills of the giant shark. I had never seen it before, and now I cannot unsee it, lol...what a cheap mechanical thing.
Wow! I never noticed that. Thanks for fuckin that up for me. 👍🏼
manano06...Did you guys think it was a real shark?! 😜
but you can see through a sharks gills water66.com/great-white-shark-you-can-see-right-straight-through-his-gills/
whip em out ......i wanna see part 2
I'm still IN LOVE with this movie! Michael Keaton is a brilliant actor!
Thanks for making this list. I learned a bunch. I love this movie. I have the dvd (a Christmas gift from my brother), and I watch it every year.
Galaxy quest would be, sublime.
By Grabthar's hammer, let's make this happen!
YES
We are fans from the galaxy quest nebula we need your video
Remember, Moms the word.
Yes please
The skull, I think, is less an Easter egg and more just another example of Tim Burton's aesthetic. I just think that's how he typically draws skull.
Definitely an Easter egg. There's also a Jack skull in James and the Giant Peach, which also involved Tim Burton.
We want a part 2
I just love the styles in this movie. This xxx and Edward Scissor hands give me a strange awesome type of nostalgia.
I was at Universal Orlando this summer and they brought out Beetlegeuce. The guy did a great job of the character and the makeup department was superb. Definitely one of my favorite movies.
i swear (including me) almost all the people here watching are theater kids obsessing over the musical.
...but ya didn't have to say it
I was hoping this would be 9 things you didn't know about Bee Movie
" Beetlejuice goes Vegan "
I'd LIVE to see a sequel to Beetlejuice, also starring the Maitland's, the recently deceased couple from the first installment.
It would be cool if they made a sequel. I loved the movie the first time I watched it. Also, the sand snake seems like something Tim would make.
