Morning I just saw your site haven't watched it all but vitamin K2 & D3 caught my eyes. I have high blood pressure can I take those 2 vitamins with my BP pills. I have an occasional arrhythmia going on, regurgitation in my mitral, pulmonary and tricuspid valve. Please help me. Thanks
You should be able to take vitamins D3 and K2 with blood pressure meds, but the vitamins also help lower blood pressure, so you should continue to monitor it. Your doctor may eventually need to decrease your meds to compensate for the benefits of the vitamins. Hopefully, the D3 and K2, along with a healthy diet and lifestyle, will help you to get off all meds. @@KennyandJoann 👏👏😊 am so excited that I met you guys site today. Thanks for the info. Please forgive but am going to say something that may sound bad but am fedup off my doctor. I have sooooooo much going on with me and not helping. So that's why I am happy that I found this site. I am taking 100mcg Vitamin K2 and 2000 Vitamin D3. Can you tell me if that is enough Please. I will email you
You can take up to 10,000 IU of D3. If you are taking blood clot (anticoagulant) meds, keep your K2 around 45 mcg. If not, take up to 200 (no less than 100) mcg at the same time as your D3. We have a video on getting D3 from the sun as well: kennyandjoann.com/is-sunshine-the-best-way-to-get-vitamin-d/
Very well presented. Excellent editing Kenny.
Thanks, Rajitha! You’re too kind!
I take Zhou K2D3 capsules, Nordic Naturals fish oil and Trader Joe's multivitamins. I'm a Nutritionist as well.
