Not knowing yet the way they deliver the dialogues and commands is really commendable. Trust me it is really tough getting that professionalism in the show. All time favourite show.

Have a pretty bad diagnostic methods, almost no focus on clinical signs and tests, shoddy medicine for the sake of a sensational detective feel and far flung diagnosis completely based on intuition of the show protagonist etc. So short the science "doesn't check out"in most of the episodes. David Shore made another attempt at a medical series in "the good doctor" which is also more drama focused and is set in a very idealistic hospital environment which is very unrealistically nice from the get go but the medical science, however little it is, does check out this time.

If you are an "expert" in medicine. You'd have to crack entrance exam and for that you need an above average IQ. So if you are above average then you'd know that they are actors and don't know shit about medicine. In summary I don't think you're an "expert" in medicine unless you mean you know about all the abusive drugs you can get in your neighbourhood

I just started now watching the entire 8 episodes I am now considered an absent parent my kids go their own laundry ,cook their own meals and husband sleeps alone since I just can’t stop binge watching this show.It’s absolutely incredible!The last time I did this was when I watched Suits.My favorites were House had me in complete awe with his obnoxious character and fell in love with Wilson wasn’t to crazy about Cuddy but Chase and now I am really having a very hard with Dominica as part of the team.I think I was in the most shock when House went through Cuddys house with his car I kept saying out loud”OMG !”My family thought I was seriously hurt.Incredible casts and super directing !Oscar goes to the cat that had super powers.😂
