I think I've gotten the confirmation I need to finally trade in my macbook for an Ipad. I have the Macbook Air 2020, should I trade it in for this? Had the computer for 4 years. I want all the features the ipad provides though including touchscreen. I'm a student, teacher, business owner, graphic designer, sports coach, podcaster, etc,
Very true. Either way I'm gonna use a hard cover to protect huge display. So this very thin claim is actually of no practical use. And just to create a hype!
Personally find the battery life fine for all day use so I don’t mind the extra thinness if it means we get a lighter iPad + Magic Keyboard combo with more features. But more battery is always welcome!✌🏻
@@jigneshkareliya8564many people actually prefers it lighter and thinner. If you want more battery life...powerbank, But if it's already thick and heavy and you want thinner and lighter...no work around
@@jigneshkareliya8564 the thinness was necessary to bring down the weight of the new keyboard. The keyboard falls back if the iPad is heavier/thicker and does not support it correct. at the new weight/thinness it already topples over lol
14 days till I upgrade to this gorgeous piece of technology. With Magic Keyboard and pencil pro of course… but wait, my old keyboard and pencil still work fine, never mind, take my money. Great video man. Cheers 🥂
Do you find that it”s’more portable now because of the less weight? I’ve always used a 11” but the thinness and again the weight makes me think I can use the larger one to watch my videos and movies which I do since I travel a lot. When I’m watching on a plane or in my hotel I won’t uses the magic Keyboard, but rather remove it and have a case that can fold into multiple positions. Since it’s just taller then the 11” and a just a bit wider, I don’t think I’ll have trouble on airplanes where I’d just be using a folio type case. Thoughts? Thanks
The lighter weight does make the 13” more comfortable to hold. But of course it does have a larger footprint! I used the iPad Pro + Magic Keyboard on my flight and it was a little cramped on the tiny tray table.. so yeah I’d say go with a folio type case if you’re just watching to watch videos.
How do you like the iPad pro M4 screen, do your eyes get tired? There is a lot of information about PWM, I want to buy one for myself, but I’m a little afraid
Love the screen, doesn’t strain my eyes personally. Apple will let you return a device up to 14 days after purchase so you can always change your mind! ✌🏻
Hey bud can you pls tell me i'm so confused..I want to buy a new ipad pro..i am confused between ipad pro m2 and m4..can you tell me that which one should i go with in 2024
The software is compromised let’s hope they can fix it, macOS on an iPad is a mad idea , they just need to massively improve iPadOS especially stage manager because it is such a messy idea! For such a great device the software really lets it down and I imagine that it is hard adapting iOS to a professional level.
I agree, it doesn’t need macOS. I love the iPad and iPadOS, but it some times feels even more complicated and hampered by the lack of some basic features. Patiently waiting for WWDC24 haha 😅
It’s from my Marble II Collection here: jckrgb.com/en-gbp/collections/wallpapers If you decide to get it, use code MARBLE50 to get 50% any of the Marble packs! ✌🏻
@@JCKRGB Welcome💪 I wish apple made a 15 incher of this that would be something and as you mentioned with more pro apps especially the Microsoft office suite if they could bring in the full desktop versions of the apps that would be nice. Or rather in the near future take the best of the Mac and the best of the I pad mix it together and come out with one machine that has touch and pen input. If they keep the I pad the way it is now people will begin loosing interest in time to come and move to things like the Microsoft surface Pro as it's arm comparability with apps improves over time
@gurnealsingh2012 yeah I’d love an even bigger iPad Pro! But I’d want to see more full versions of apps, Final Cut is still missing a few important features for me! ✌🏻
Very informative video, but recently, I upgraded from 12.9 3rd generation 1tb to the 12.9 6th generation 1 tb, and I do see a significant difference, but for myself, I would not consider upgrading to 13 inch model because it's too thin also I'm not into heavy gaming or elaborate graphics. The only game I have on my new IPad pro 12.9 6th generation is Gutterball, a bowling game. As far as your input, does my 6th generation do a decent job in photo or video editing? Please let me know. Thank You
Definitely, the M2 chip in your iPad is still very capable for photo and video editing. Plus you’ll get access to the Apple Intelligence features once released. Thanks for watching! ✌🏻
@JCKRGB Do you also give advice about Windows laptops as well as Apple? Let me know. I have a question I have an Hp Envy 360 laptop that I purchased back in 2021 it runs on AMD Ryzen processor 8 gb memory 512gb ssd hard-drive is it possible to upgrade this laptop and put in a 16g memory a 1 or 2 tb internal hard drive and a better graphics card Model# is 15M-EE0023DX Thank you by the way I subscribe to your channel
It's been six days I didn't watch you video even you've upload. What the heck am i doing. Watched it and loved it. Pencil pro is just awesome. Haptic engine is well optimize as you said. Don't know why whatever apple does. It's just cool and pleasing. M4 is way more powerful but they didn't allow side loading on any app, that's just disappointing.
Thanks Blue...lots of good info..good presentation...I am considering trading in my 12.9 " M2 for the M4...but guys like you make me question why spend the cash..just to get a minor increase in screen quality & a better keyboard ( I don't do any video editing or such )😮....like you ...I appreciate the extra 2 inches 😅
The growing lack of backward compatibility for Apple tablets implies a very short-sighted lifecycle planning within that department. Stay away from her keyboards!
Look a bit red because I got sunburnt surfing… 🏄🏻♂️ 🥲 Are you getting the new M4 iPad Pro? 👀
Nice review!
@ExperiencingLondon Thank you! ✌🏻
I fell asleep watching a show in bed and rolled over it ( I'm 6'3", 220 lbs) and it was perfectly fine.

White colour keypad seems better is it not?
Both look great in person. I almost got the White but figured it might look dirtier over time. Very happy with the Black one still! ✌🏻
