About 2 1/2 years ago I watched a Dr Dray video about aging or wrinkles - I don’t remember - and it inspired me to quit smoking after over 20 years of doing so. Thank you, Dr Dray, it has had a major impact on my health and virtually paused all that rapid aging I was doing before. I feel better and I look better.

I had just ordered crepe erase when I came across this video. I immediately ordered the euceria advanced repair and used both products, c.e. on left arm, eucerin on the right arm. After a month both improved and appear identical. The crepe erase does feel nicer, but I can confirm the Eucerin Advanced Repair works just as well.

I am pleasantly surprised and am feeling so much more hopeful showing my arms at my son’s wedding coming up in a few months. $9 for the bottle sure beats the $78 I was prepared to spend for Crepe Erase. I used to carry retail inventory of these products because I like the results obtained during the facial, however, I found that most clients didn’t want to spend the $$$ for home care.
I switched to researching off the shelf solutions to recommend and your videos are golden !! I want my clients to enjoy a facial every 4-6 weeks and save money on everyday products that are simple, economical and results oriented.

Thank you for covering this! I was diagnosed with a rheumatoid condition about 6 years ago that put me on prednisone for almost 4 years. I was well aware of the deleterious side effects of this drug (I am a nurse) but as I was in such constant pain it was seriously affecting my mobility. So, the risks were definitely outweighed the benefits: the restoration of my mobility! We're talking about things as simple as being able to roll over in bed, or bend over to pick up something from the floor, or even get out of a chair or car, or climb a flight of stairs. Fortunately, I didn't have the weight gain, hair loss, or 'roid rage (LOL), or disruptions to my sleep. I am really appreciating all your good advice.

Janet Rose I knew a couple of ladies at work who smoked/vaped. Well one coworker ended in the hospital w a blood clot on her leg and almost died. I constantly would hear them huffing and puffing for air even just walking. And the other one massive wrinkles especially around her mouth. Substitute a bad habit with a good habit. Drinking water a lot or running or walking or doing weights. When I was 35 ppl would confuse me w being "right out of college." Sleep, clean eating, running, and moisturizing does wonders for one's skin. Blessings.

No no no please don’t use Vaseline, its petroleum based 😣 blocks water and there is no benefit to it. Use natural oils after the shower (when you’re at your most moist) like argan oil, avocado, almond, grape seed oil, Shea butter (viva natural makes an organic creamy one that’s divine), jojoba, or a combination of all of those. You’ll get various benefits from these oils, it will seal your moisture since oil doesn’t go as deep as oil in the skin, and if you want less deep moisture but still great moisture then just use Shea on dryers parts of th body or only in the winter.

At 60, the majority of skin laxity can be contributed to a loss of estrogen. Estrogen is a precursor to elastin and collagen production in our skin. UV damage can contribute to laxity in the skin. If you are comfortable with HRT, for its many benefits, perhaps seek the advice of a qualified doctor.
