ahhhh, compressed air... some people mention steam, not really suitable unless you wanna deal with corrosion and babying it... and steam with all the safety valves and pressure gets a bit fiddly... but simply heating the incoming air, replacing that heat lost in compression and maybe adding a bit besides, does wonders for increasing output/reducing consumption. reasonably easy to do with a gas burner. only need to get 100C or so. the "ideal situation" is when the cylinder remains at slightly above ambient... cold is bad, cold is air not fully expanding, and attempting to absorb heat as it tries to expand. and unbearably hot is just a waste of energy, radiating away rather than adding to power by any appreciable amount. air may not have the thermal mass of steam, about half, but it doesnt have to experience a phase change with its invariable and unavoidable loss of 80%... without being able to vary the cutoff and expansive operation, it will mostly increase output and have relatively little affect on consumption though... "1/8 hp", but remember, thats just torque over time, and the torque is what counts... ie, Pressure, Length of stroke, Area of piston, Number of revolutions/min, all together, PLAN for HP...
Gast rotor vane can did it long ago as a kid it ran a 90 DC treadmill motor got 10 amps at 14.7 volts charging car battery ran it for years it needs oiler but they handle the temp just fine NO SUPER HEAT I'm looking into these motors as well but not sure if t hey will hold up 😁👍
This would be too inefficient to run a generator to charge a battery; the volume of air needed would be enormous. You could use an air tank to store pressure from an air motor, then release it back to the wheels as a form of regenerative braking.

If that will run on steam u can build a steam vehicle. U need only a car radiator for cooler and waterboiler for steam.

could you link them to a generator? Would it be strong enough to recharge the battery? I ask you why I'm conceptualizing an electric air hybrid

What is price
super
What is the price if this motor
Price
Seems like 5 horsepower
The rating was only 1/8 HP, and I am sure my air compressor would not deliver that much.
How to buy it
I think this was from eBay
I want buy this motor...pls send me details
I don't make or sell it but I think I bought it from eBay
From where can I buy this motor.?
I think I bought this one on eBay
Min run??
