You are involving people that just need to go to work or take their kids to school. This is irresponsible. Because you can't afford a track day. Don't be like this guy!!
I have to admit these videos are fun to watch, and I’m sure your having a lot of fun doing these runs. But I think you have to really start thinking of your family and the safety of others on the road. If you over corrected/undercorrected for that incident it could have easily been your life or the other motorists life at that speed. It’s best to keep it on the track like your other videos.

Careful. Do it where no one is on the road with someone you know follow you. 2am is perfect. Thats how they did it back then if you want to drive routes or do what they used to do. Nice car control.
having the rear start to kick out while there's 2 cars in the oncoming lane should be a pretty clear indication that you're driving recklessly, if you're gonna do this at the VERY LEAST do it on an empty road so you don't kill a random family if you screw up
@@HaeeyyProductions Especially since the last vid I saw of him going through the canyon he fucked up and crashed. -_-. Dont get me wrong, I drive the canyon twice every day on my commute and I smash when there are no other cars, but I agree with you. as soon as I see traffic I slow it down.
this is one of the best sounding hondas ive heard. also are the gas/brake really far apart or something cuz it seems like a lot of the heel toe downshifts you do you have to still catch the revs with the clutch and it offsets the weight transfer which is not good because most of the time you downshift when slowing down before a corner. good on you for getting a good line inside the lane and not crossing the mustards even while driving like you stole it
Chuck is sketchy at any time unless after 12am. Cops squat the pullouts during the day and it's usually packed too. Way too much traffic usually to be doing runs like this. Nighttime is best but even then, cops are not far away half the time. Scout it a few times before hand.
That sucks that road used to be fun back in the mid 90's anyway. I used to drive it daily in the summer time on my way home from work. Rarely ever seeing a cop. we can never have anything nice.

But everyone and their mom is there in summer. Even if cops aren't there. You have a million cyclists and car groups there. Crashes are more frequent too.
I love this road, fun times on a sportbike. I can't say I would go this fast in a car with others around, though. Not saying don't have fun, but maybe dial it back.

With a built car like this, almost everything is either gonna be new or reinforced, so no. These little old Hondas are so light they don't put much stress on the the components anyway. And Hondas are about as reliable a car as you could ask for.

I had lift throttle oversteer on demand like this on my '99 Integra. I was running custom Ground Controls with Koni Yellows and no swaybars. I think I had 450 up front and 650 in the back. The shocks definitely didn't handle that springrate too well. I had aftermarket upper control arms with camber adjustment. The control arms were designed to keep them from going through the hood lol. Nice vid.
My wife and I drive out to Ashford to go shooting and I was literally wondering on our drive out there if anyone does some Togue runs out there. How the hell do you guys deal with the traffic? lol Every time we go out there someones doing 45 in the 55. Drives me nuts.

So what exactly caused the car to kick out on "The Save" was it elevation change, rough down shift, loose dirt? I couldnt figure out for sure. Also, sick driving man you're awesome.
He didn't fully rev-match the downshift which slowed the front wheels too much as he let the clutch out, causing the car to rotate around the front end.
@@HaeeyyProductions I bought a cheap ebay short shifter that kept unscrewing itself from the pivot ball. Once I got it to actually stay tight, 2nd gear was a lot easier to hit, but going into every gear is still a little clunky. It is an unopened 190K+ trans though so I wouldn’t be surprised if it needs some loving
I don’t have a list, I use to have a stock b16a2 with bolt ons and that was enough for me. The only difference now is the b20 block and still just bolt ons. I my opinion a any stock b series with bolt ons is the way to go. Simple is more dependable 👍🏾

You need to join GridLife to get your driving skills tested at the track.
Sadly I don’t have the time or founds to do that, at most I do local tracks days a few times a year.

Cutting into people's lanes on blind turns is selfish. Other people aren't as competent behind the wheel as some of us. Only takes one spell of bad luck and your life is ruined. Haven't you seen the aftermath of a crash at that speed? And that's all you have to try and mitigate it is to go out at the witching hour on the back roads so there's no excuse get a grip during the day man people are working tryna feed their families and tired on long commutes.
