** iMac 2010 2023 obsolete old using review apple macOS osx is how to use Big Sur leopard ** Игры
I’ve gotten two of the smaller models for free. The best part about these is they can dual boot Snow Leopard and New versions of Mac OS
Yes, I've just been told about that, I need to look into it.
Hello i installed sonoma on an imac 27” 2010 and i get stuck at booting. Can you help me?
I didnt upgrade it to sad though
I have a mid 2011 27" Imac! I did the hardware upgrade( V-Ram and SSD Drive) and with OCLP I was running Ventura(good) and now Sonoma(better)! I just love this Imac!!!
I’ve just done the Sonoma upgrade to it. Video coming soon :)
I got the problem with Apple when I installed Sonoma with OCLP, they limit some of apps and I cannot use it as normal, I have to back to original OS, it's sad,
I have the same machine but swapped the video card for a K2100m and it runs the latest Ventura flawlessly with Open Core Legacy Patcher
I have moneray on my 2010, k3100 and 32gb ram and it's still a decent machine. Nice vid
Yup, very usable day to day, when the m1 is set up in the lab, this still gets ro be my main and very responsive with the ssd. Thanks:)
8:48 hahahaaaa pure class the fire is the bomb lol small question might be usefull for others did it have any issues using the plugin contollers for the games?
Looking VERY VERY forward to the next video
Happy New Year to yourself and Co. may it be prosperous and future luck.
Cheers Monk, same to you, nope, just plug and play with the controllers.
I'm running linux mint on my 2010 27inch, feels like brand new.
I want to upgrade the processor there, do you know compatible models? mine is an i5 750
Hello and happy new year matey!!!!!
Cheers Stiggy, same to you :)

Great 👍 video! I’ve subscribed
Thanks :)
@@RetroGamerVXNo problem. Question, how difficult is it to get Big Sur (or newer) running on an iMac 2010? My iMac mid 2010 runs High Sierra, is the 27 inch model with Intel Core i7 on the highest clock rate that was available. It also has a 2TB HDD and 500GB SSD (mostly for boot and some apps) and 16GB RAM. Is it necessary to upgrade the GPU for another one that supports Metal? I hope you can share your experience. Thanks 🙏 in advance!!
I've been told colors tend to fade, typically white turns yellowish on these screens. Do you experience this issue ?
Thos is 13 years old, it's brother is 14, neither have suffered thay.
Excellent, thanks for your prompt answer.
I had the same iMac but 2009 and I did noticed a yellowish screen while booting but once it got to desktop it looked beautiful.
I do have to say that these machine overheat and I decided to get rid of mine before it goes bad haha
Thees iMac’s are awesome! Also you can run catalina on them with a piece of patch software

Hi, I have a 27 inch 2013 model imac. When I turn it on, the logo remains and it cannot be turned on. Do you have any information about the reason for this?
You might want to start it in recovery mode and see what is going on.
I found an iMac A1312 27" in a dumpster yesterday. Not sure if it works correctly as I didn't have a keyboard/ mouse connected. (as a hobby I look for electronics in dumpsters and curbside stuff) what is the latest iOS that the A1312 can run? Thank you 🤓
If you look on the list linked too in the description, it should tell you :)
@@RetroGamerVX yes, thank you 🤓
@@RetroGamerVX I believe the two repeating icons are a reminder to turn on the wireless keyboard and mouse. I didn't have either connected, so the iMac didn't detect any, hence the icons! I think the system may just work!!
I'm looking at some on auction to run Ubuntu. Though mac OS is fine, it's getting deprecated for most Intel models.
Sir i actually got A problem i also have the same mac as u have in 2023 but the software is osxlion now there are no software updates coming to that mac what i have to do can u help me ? And i tried to download the software from apple support and it shows tempered component and its not working can u help me to get out of these i want my mac to get updated pls help me❤
Just dropped my computer off today for this problem. I called apple and everything and they couldn’t help. There’s different ways you can go about it but I’m sure someone who’s good with Apple computers can figure it out. I’ve tried the same methods as well.
Thanks, I won't be buying this after seeing that terrible geekbench score
How much should I expect to pay for a similar model?
It shows you in the video the current prices they are fetching on RUclips but about £120 to £190 :o)
About £20 because literally only a nutcase would buy one of these! They can't do shite these days.
@REAL ASMR as seen in the video, your statatement, is incorrect ;)
Windows 10 and 11 run excellent on these intel macs
I got offered a Apple iMac 2010
I’m not sure if I should get it I only want to use it to play Fortnite and use as a normal computer is it a good idea any help would be appreciated
Wre you able to play fortnite on it?
@@NicDelaCruz88 no due to how old the computer is it won’t run fast enough to keep up with the load up
@@gilliegilbert5853 Do you think if i upgrade to SSD it will load up properly and no issues?
Mine takes forever to boot. It’s crazy.
The Hard drive is failing. You need to swap it for an SSD
i know this is unrelated but give the Quran a read, also very insightful video man, ive had a powerpc g4 mac when i was a kid and i lost it and man nostalgia hit hard and now im looking for something that can run that old mac os x tiger and leopard and make me feel how i felt the 1st time booting up that g4
