Yes I think that would be good for the first day to see how things are and then adjust after that. We did see people getting out early around breakfast time to get their spots. However there were also always open chairs throughout the day and never seemed too busy.
I was quite interested to watch your tour and your content seemed to be very good. However, its WAY TO FAST. When I watch a resort tour I'm looking for an over-view of the amenities, layout and highlights. You seemed to have all that content and more, but the speed was just to fast to gather any sense of the layout.

I tried to slow down on the pools to highlight them but there's a lot to cover and didn't want the video to be much longer than it already was. It's a pretty big resort but the layout is rather simple - just a rectangle with multiple pools down the middle leading out to the beach. They have put a lot of greenery and trees in around the pools and those cool woven tunnels so it does make it seem a bit like a maze in fast forward. The great thing about the plants is that it separates out the pools some so it seems somewhat private and not super crowded. It's a quick walk through and lots of stuff left out but thanks for watching!
Yes. Staying at impression gives you access to the preferred club rooftop at moxche. We didn't actually spend any time up there, or eat up there. It was recommended to eat breakfast up there but we chose not to. We spent most of our time at the Impression rooftop.
