308 vs lead plate

A rush shooting job as I needed to fly international in 7hours. Friend asked me to shoot a lead pate and see the outcome. So, something fun to shoot. Just had to deal with a really cold and windy day.
Power rounds blow right through it and expand or should we say displace the lead leaving gaping holes in front and rear.
