Strangled in your car, relevant or not ??

This is our take on the techniques shown. Can't stop people posting to social media on stuff that doesn't work or has much relevance, however it does create awareness and fear, and just maybe, people may start researching or taking their lives more serious.
Again, we've only seen these attacks in movies and we live in country with top 3 violent crime rates and never come across this attack.
