Curious, how close to the Stack driver eSpeed do you get on the course? I’m about 4 sessions in but haven’t hit the course since I started. I saw 119 on your app but on course closer to 110.
On the range I can get up to 118 mph. On the course, 115 is the max I've recorded. It's a different skillset to swing faster, while playing and maintaining proper contact.
Other than having an app, getting reminders, and being able to swing the club indoors, is there any other reason you prefer the stack to the superspeed sticks? Do you progress better with the stack vs the superspeed sticks?
I would absolutely get into the stack if the app was available in Android. The basis of speed training obviously speed but by increasing the max speed we increase the base playing speed. Just like lifting weights. Keep grinding Kenny!
@@KennieKatGolf it's all good. In the end any speed training is beneficial. Since I'm in a colder northern environment this is something I'll be doing indoors over the winter
Hey Kenny, thanks for all the great videos you post for us. I always learn something cool. So I turn to you to help on this one……..I’m working on getting more consistent with club face centre strikes. Have you got a training aid or process that helps with this????? Help!
Dude - this is a GREAT video. Well explained, well-filmed - really good stuff. Curious what your numbers were before you started swing-speed training - have you seen any jump from where you started? You mentioned only the distance change with your SW, so curious what numbers you were seeing previously. Currently at about 101-ish SS, and interested in getting up a few MPH to carry a bit further, especially on the par-5s. I've heard nothing but great things about the Stack system, so definitely intrigued to try it out. Great work!
Thanks for the feedback! I was averaging about 104mph on the course which was roughly 250 yard average. After 1.5 months of the stack I’m averaging 110mph on the course so roughly 270 yards. My max is 116/117, but to be fair I’ve done extensive speed training before so I’ve always had the physical ability to go high teens, just didn’t stick with it. I’m going to stick with the Stack until I can comfortably maintain 170mph ball speeds on the course and then evaluate from there.
Hey Kennie, nice video… is that Encanto Golf Course?
It is indeed

Any update? Your handicap going down?
Hey there! Yeah, I've been trying to bring it down, it's a work in progress for sure!

Both will work at helping you increase swing speed. The Stack just has a better user experience.
Thanks for the video, how does PRGR perform in terms of consistency, ease of use, etc.?
It’s the easiest to set use but it’s basically useless for anything under 80-90 yards.
would love to see a video on your current swingspeed in the next weeks🙏 thinking about buying the stacksystem, not sure yet swinging 110 on the course
If you want more distance, you’ve gotta speed train for it. All of the speed training systems will work.

I had no clue. That really sucks. Sorry to hear that! I know it can be expensive to develop apps for both iOS and Android.

Is that in myrtle beach?

Great insight Kennie. Looking at speed training at the moment, so your content is timely. I appreciate you sharing!
Glad I could help.

The best thing for training is feedback. Using foot powder spray on the club face will give you some feedback so you can practice moving strike.

What launch monitor are you using on the course?
The PRGR black.
Amazing they don't have the app on Android.
I didn’t even think of that when reviewing it. My apologies!
What’s your handicap please? I’m trying to get to scratch and close but last bit is the toughest. I’m 0.5
Not sure what my Handicap is. My scoring average is 79, so probably 6?
