I absolutely LOVE the Stack. At 68 years old I added 10 mph to my driver swing speed over one winter. I'm seeing a good 25 yards more distance than when I stopped playing last fall. It's a fantastic system. Far better than any other I've tried.
There’s something to say about having elegance in simplicity… Great review Mark! Looking forward to hearing how the speed training component works out… Numbers definitely “stack” up. LOL.
Just got mine. I also compared the numbers against a GCQuad and the device is pretty spot on. I just wanted an inexpensive launch monitor that would automatically populate the Stack system app. The device feels like a re-branded PRGR but with Bluetooth (which is is a-ok).
Would be nice to get a price on the stack radar as when you click on it, it says error page not found as would be nice to make sure my gapping and yardages are still roughly the same 🤔
Mark, can you do a review with your GCQ and the Stack radar on the course? I'm really curious if the numbers would match as closely in the outdoor environment. Thanks
I have the stack system. I have a PRGR. I also have a voice caddie SC200. This looks like a yellow PRGR. Is the $60 extra for this wrt PRGR worth it for the connectivity to the stack app?
I bought one and went half a session without the radar reading the stack stick!! Not sure if it's broken or what. But then when I swing it slow it reads.
Swing logic has a micro launch hybrid. Can't find any info on it. Want something simple but accurate. My PRGR show 109 ss with 170 bs. Think it's messed up
If this isn't sub-contracted out to the company that makes the PRGR Black, I think we'll have a lawsuit on our hands. Looks exactly like the PRGR, just black and with the additional feature of connecting to the Stack system. Is it made by the same company?
I used the Stack at the start of last year. My speed gains were up and down during the foundation program but at the end it was exactly the same as when I started. It also completely ruined my ball striking ability. I went on to have the worst season I've had and my handicap increased by several strokes, which I'm fully attributing to the Stack program. It didn't work for me, annoyingly.
For most people what happens is your top line gets a bit higher so your base on course speed also rises a bit. So you deliver the same types of numbers but a few MPH faster. That’s what happens for most. Shame you didn’t benefit from it
I have the swing speed radar. The blue and white one. The function is all I need for speed training. And it measures my son’s bat speed. But it misreads and gets stuck all the time. It’s just not a reliable product. I would try something like this if I knew it wasn’t going to get stuck on ever 5th swing. And if I knew it would also measure bat speed
@@MarkCrossfield correct, swing speed driver avrg is 106, We can’t get the stack radar to read a driver swing over 98 not hitting a ball. I will take to the course today and hit ball and compare with mevo. Keep you updated!
@@MarkCrossfield that’s fair, The problem is the stack program is designed on getting you to swing faster. @ I am confused. Are you saying it’s not consistently the same off the course? Meaning does it give you the same number but slower away from the ball but the same number all the time.
PRGR PRGR Nothing to see here . LOL A pitching wedge is better than the stack system to build speed . Free to if you have your own set of clubs. LOL Guaranteed higher gains. @@MarkCrossfield You would have thought for $300 bucks they could have incorporated a lithium rechargeable battery, as alkaline batteries are so 1990!!!
@@shanewilliams1216 I don’t know but my guess is when you start delivering g with batteries there are bigger issues with shipping/costs. That’s my guess.
If the device cannot adjust for range balls, it's largely useless for us who don't have indoor setups. And if we do, we don't need this because we've already installed something better.
People it could help 1, people who play/practice on the course 2, people who want to train speed, top end and precision (like the video CLEARLY SHOWS) 3, people who hit in a new before they play 4, people who have some clue of the conversions of range balls to real balls ( this is NOT that hard to work out and you have your head speed measured while hitting range balls Apart from that great comment. 😂🙈

Using the stack 18 months. Gained 10mph. Its an amazing device

Agree , same product as the prgr
The other thing is that it’s significantly more than the PRGR. I don’t get the marketing of it.

What's the best for being able to get club data? R10?

Looks like the PRGR launch monitor in a new package, which is fine with me. I've been happy with my prgr.
Garmin g80 for the same money. Does that and more…. It’s reads with or without a ball. USB power. And a GPS.
Looks a lot like the PRGR to me….which is a fun device. I’m sure this is too and the link to stack app is nice.
I think it is, but it also automatically puts your radar reads into the stack app vs. dictating or manually entering.
Yep, a yellow prgr with blue tooth link for the app. 😊
prgr comes w/ batteries too
Nice! Still would love a lesson with you as being based in Devon! How do I go about it?
Yellow PRGR. Does it come in black? 🙃
Mark another brilliant video
Discount code doesnt work on UK sales page! 😬
I’ve been doing it for a year increased my speed and dropped my handicap for a while

I have wondered this myself. Swining hard is great, but if you're not delivering the club properly, who cares?

Cleveland dropped a lob chipper. Can we get a review please?!?!?!
Could be a purchase next month
Another step closer to that gym membership bruh, get in there and get up Mark!
Looks a lot like the PRGR, but yellow.
Was thinking the same, a tiny bit smarter tho. the PRGR is brilliant but seems discontinued

It really just looks like they rebranded it for Stacked. PRGR is $229
Seems similar to prgr
Having an issue with the stacks radar when swinging without hitting a ball… it’s approximately 10 miles slower…
