This movie took 9 hours to convert to colour at HD resolution. I first removed as much grain as possible with de-noising.. After that, I upscaled it to HD followed by AI colourising. I hope you enjoy the end result!

This beautiful film has been colorized and restored to high definition which makes it all the more watchable. Hedy Lamarr, as fashion editor of a slick magazine, is so very beautiful, she will give you heart palpitations. Her character has a string of males attracted to her and rightly so. Who could ever resist such a gorgeous creature. Problem arises when one of her suitors begins black-mailing her for a past indiscretion. Murder follows, but the fashion designer has nothing to do with it. She is framed, literally. She just happened to be at the wrong place, at the wrong time. The film may resemble many procedural dramas, but the director elevates it to a nuanced exploration of truth and perception. Lamarr's performance is justified by her gripping take on a woman who unapologetically prioritises her career and desires while challenging societal norms. Her well-measured performance embodies a complex mix of innocence, betrayal and resilience.

@@SimonWard1 Simon, your colorization is spot-on and I would greatly appreciate if you could colorize the 1962 film-noir "Night of Evil" starring Lisa Gaye and William Campbell. Lisa Gaye is my all-time favorite and any of her movies and TV stuff when colorized gives me a real high. Or, maybe, you can colorize her swimsuit sequence from the 1956 world-hit "Rock around the clock". The swim-suit sequence is short, may be 3-4 minutes and shows Lisa in a swimsuit with actor, Johnnie Johnston discussing a business deal. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks and God bless!
@@ianedwards4400 Thank you for your kind words. I had a look for Night of Evil but can't find any reference to it being in the public domain so I wouldn't be able to upload it to RUclips. I will have a look over the weekend for more movies with Lisa Gaye and see what I can do for you.
@@SimonWard1 Thank you Simon, that's most kind of you. What about the swimsuit sequence from Rock around the clock? I would greatly appreciate this 4-minute clip colorized. Lisa starred in Perry Mason episodes in the 60's [1960-66] in 6 episodes. She also starred in Bat Masterson: Sharpshooter [S-1 E-18], Buffalo Kill [S-1 E-37] and Fatal Garment [S-3 E-33]. Totally her filmography came to 164 movies and TV episodes. She was a regular in the 2nd season of How to marry a millionaire [1959-60].
@@ianedwards4400 The problem is finding videos in the public domain, most are from 1960+ and are under copyright for another couple of years. I have my son with me today so could only have a quick look but over the weekend I am free so will take a proper look and see if I can find some public domain videos with Lisa Gaye. As you can see, on the archive, there isn't much coming up archive.org/search?query=lisa+gaye&and%5B%5D=mediatype%3A%22movies%22 if you can see something there that you would like colorising, let me know and I will check it's copyright status.
