I bought a pair of rings and I'm doing just 4 reps of some exercises like (tuck chin ups) but I do 5-6 sets. So I think I'm gainin pure strenght and not muscle. Or pure strenght comes with more muscles?

0:39 When he says "hypertrophy" he actually means "sarcoplasmic hypertrophy", which makes the muscle bigger but because it "fills it with more liquid" as well as "fiber densification" so to speak
strength gains are achieved by "hypertrophy" as well, but specifically "myofibrillar hypertrophy" which means the same but with an emphasis on "fiber densification"
there's a difference and people tend to ignore it when making these videos
great stuff though, thank you for making this :D

In terms of pure mauscle gain, which way is usually more efficient in 3 months?
    A) 3 months hypotrophy training
    B) 1 month strength + 2 months hypotrophy
    C) 1.5 months strength + 1.5 months hypotrophy
    Example
    Start point
    1rep max 90kg
    8-12 reps 70kg
Isn't it more efficient to build a strength to
1 rep max 100kg in one month
    and after do
8-12 reps 80kg next two months
and then again - strength training month, two months hypotrophy training.
Rather then do only hypotrophy training for 3 months?

The only bad advice here is going to failure. It has been established many times that "2 in the tank" rule works better in the long run. Since if you go to failure every last set of each excercise, your fatigue levels would be too high and recovery period would have to be longer. Which equals less total volume.

very unique video! almost nobody talks about rep speed when it comes to the whole "8-12 Reps" - thing. but rep speed is a huge factor because it determs how much tension you transfer into your muscles during a workout. It's no surprise that you guys are great athletes. but I really like that you don't tell Bullshit to the people. Making progress in calisthenics can be hard and often it comes much slower than you wish. But there is one golden rule: Train hard - but smart (not this fucking "go hard or go home" shit from Bodybuilding which often just leads to unnecessary injuries). Your video proves again that you guys are definitly promoting the smart training style....great work! Thank you for sharing precious informations for free...and happy Xmas! :)
