I lost 7lbs in only one month, my girlfriend also saw my body transformation, and start to compliment me. If you ask me, the diet is the most important for lose weight.
This comment is for those who had some time in a gym. I use to go to the gym when I was younger, now I'm 26. I stopped because I didn't like the environment anymore. After this time I became a sedentary person. I just got started on calisthenics, but I have lots of behaviors from the gym such as train hard until you defeat your muscles. Nevertheless, I just realized that with calisthenics doesn't work like that at all. I trained a feel days like a weight lifter or a body builder trying to do calisthenics, except for the fact that I have a sedentarious body with no strength and flexibility. To sum up, I tricked myself with my "previous knowledge" and I did not pay attention to the basics, I'm felling lots of muscular pain for all over my body and I'll get a day off and restart at the proper way. Were these bodies built with calisthenics (Notwithstanding the leg training), or were they built in the gym with weight training over time and then simply refined using calisthenics?
(I'm new to the channel so if the answer is found elsewhere my appologies).
I came here to learn about calisthenics but I'm leaving planning to pause every frame later to draw cus omg this is perfect for anatomy observation
I laughed a lot after they showed me the body row and the L row 0:44
PROGRESS TAKES TIME, and that two things are so far away
