My chocolate idea is to keep the naught stuff in a closed box at the back of my cupboard. I slice a couple of thin pieces off a chocolate bar to eat and put the box away again before eating it. Brilliant video as always CM! 🤗
I've been doing the same while on lockdown and it's working! I'd planned to give my liver a rest anyway (being a bit of a binge drinker!) and also cut down on the chocs & bread, but lockdown has helped! Not a drop for 10 weeks on Monday and I've cut down refined sugars and carbs drastically! I'd incorporated the elements in this video into a fitness regime by blind experiment rather than design and can say that they work! My jeans are fitting well now!
I've been doing the 32h fasting for at least 6 months now and it feels like it was more effective at the beginning. By that I mean that unless my metabolism adapted to save more energy somehow, I probably simply started eating more the day I eat. So beware of that if you attempt it, probably monitor your consumption to be sure you're not compensating, or just getting used to eating like a pig on food day. At any rate now that I'm serious about actual fast fat loss since 2 months, I'm now fasting every other day instead of twice/thrice a week. I lose around 107g of fat a day. Which I just learned is way too much. But I maintain/increase my muscle mass thanks to a very protein focused diet. Just wanted to share this for those who might be thinking about longer intermittent fasting. The actual pro of the diet besides heavy fat loss, is that it's really hassle free. You can definitely eat as much as you want on food day and at worst you'll be stable if you put enough fast days in your week. The day you're not eating, just be productive and you'll not even notice you're hungry after a few days of doing it. Being in a binary state of mind when if comes to food/metabolism really helps to be stoic about your diet and you're not constantly bargaining with yourself and exercising self control. So frankly it's probably a lot easier for me to follow such a diet than having to monitor what goes into my plate or having to constantly put the austerity of my diet in question. Both days I feel energetic and both days you can exercise. You might feel dizzy in the morning of food day in the very beginning. Also you get colder the night of your fasting day. That's it. Otherwise I really recommend this diet and I don't think I'm switching off even after I've lost all my fat. The only real con of this is having to say no to food/drinks from friends once in a while. But exceptions should be allowed occasionally, especially if it was planned in advance.
agree....i've been following OMAD for 3 months now, lost 40 LBS. so far....still have a normal meal and workout, without any issues.....getting in the best shape of my life without much effort, other then the normal workouts.....should of done this years ago.....

Kettlebells are a great way to lose weight! I've been training kettlebells 3/4 times a week since February. I put on a lot of weight during Christmas and my 2 week holiday in Mexico! Some of shirts I used in Mexico were too small, but now fit perfectly. I have been eating a lot of crap food since lockdown, but somehow I'm still losing weight. I mainly use my kettlebells as a circuit training.... Basically, I go through each exercise of the program I'm using that day in one go, have a rest (as much time as I feel like), and then try and repeated it as many times as possible... I usually go through it 3/4 times before I feel burnt out.
I am loosing 1 kg per week for last 3,5 month by 8/16 + 36h fasting one time per week + low carb(no bread/sweets/sugar/potato/rice), but once a week or 10 days, I eat whatever I want and as much as I want + I do training 5-6 days per week. My aim is - 20kg and it is 6 kg left.
Honestly great video and great way of explaining! I’m actually doing this and so far I feel it’s the best thing to do! It’s not so much working out but more so how we think and if we want result we need to trust the process even tho it could sometime but nonetheless slow losing better than fast losing
Easy way to do 16/8 fasting if you work an afternoon or morning shift where you basically sleep right before or right after work. Do not eat during work except at the end of your morning shift or beginning of your afternoon shift. 8 hours of work and 8 hours of sleep = 16 hours.
@@yarakharam5343 why not? I am currently cutting about 800 calories for 6 day, and have 1 day where I overeat 500 calories in access. I tried hiit for 3 rimes and apparently alongside with the lifting it's too much and I can't recover well, so I dropped to 1 session a week and I am thinking about adding for a period a 2nd Hiit Instead of leg day lifting. Also, I'm doing IF 6 times a week for 20-23 hours
I've found swimming to be a super weight loss method. More specifically, 25m sprints with 30s - 45s rest in between. Do this for 45mins - 60mins a few times a week, and the fat starts melting away. Plus, swimming is awesome.
Interesting quote but... Sport is a vague term. For example activities like bowling and fishing are considered sports. So if you are referring to sport for something to keep you in shape. It doesn't really work, there are many sports that burn very little calories. Athleticism might be a more accurate word to use.
Es ist so simpel, dass man keinen dieser ganzen YT Guides braucht, wenn man einfach nur den Willen hat. Kein Mensch muss fasten, wenn er sich einfach nur ausreichend bewegt.

3:10 Dr. Jason Fung, and many others, strongly recommend against snacking. Hunger is caused by ghrelin levels, and has no significance.
I've found swimming to be a super weight loss method. More specifically, 25m sprints with 30s - 45s rest in between. Do this for 45mins - 60mins a few times a week, and the fat starts melting away. Plus, swimming is awesome.
Do you eat at a calorie deficit anyway?
so I got blue shorts and caplaaaaam, skills baby
Thank you! briefly and maximally useful on the main topics. As always!
1. Calories in calories out
2. Built more muscle.
3. Cardio, which relates to number one.
Simple.
Sport muss wie Atmen werden. -Sport has to be like breathing.
richtig!

Warum werden und nicht sein?
Great channel, finally some useful information. You guys are great!
Such a great guide! Ive seen major results by sculpting my lifestyle similarly to this recommendation, awesome! 🙏
Under my personal control, my student lost 103 kg of excess weight (from 230 kg to 127 kg) in just 8 months !!! And in parallel, this result, which has no analogues in the whole world, was achieved by increasing the overall strength and endurance of his body !!!
I clarify: during 8 months, no one else in the world has managed to lose 103 kg of excess weight and at the same time acquire excellent sports form !!!
I offer you a telecast (sorry, not in English), where from 6 min 30 sec those moments, when he was 230 kg and when he became 127 kg are shown: ruclips.net/video/FJSDuSNVeYc/видео.html&t= 386s
I also offer additional video, the so-called. "way to 127 kg": ruclips.net/video/wx32leriZaw/видео.html
