Are you asking if after installing our weld on inner ring if you can mount the tire in the standard location and not use the beadlock portion? If so yes you could.
Yeah, but using a set of 4 washers, or whatever, as stand off shims that pull out after tack welding would be the whight way. Not only keeping each wheel even, but all 4 consistent.. Having a wheel balancer and spinning it after tack welding helps them come out true...
Its not needed if installed the method Ryan shows in the video when the outer lip of the wheel sticks slightly past the inner ring. Without burning the edge of the lip, doing so allows the lip to act as an o-ring into the tire bead.
Pretty neat set up, I'll be ordering 5 soon.
This is a pretty neat kit
What keeps the need from blowing off on the inside,??? Just asking
Wheres the link in the description to you website? I will google your company name but you should have it in the description
Neat kit!!!
So what are the pro and con for ordering the 1/4" vs 3/16" inner/outter rings. I was just about to order and wondering if it really matters?
Badass, how much for y’all to install them?
v nice .
amazing
How do you put on tire deflators
Is that a Gloss red or Matte red on the rock ring ?
Hi, do you have to do balancing when every thing is done on the wheel?
shouldnt need balancing at 5 mph.
It seems that I would have the option to still run a traditional mount as well since the inner lip is still functional. Is that correct?

@@totalmetalinnovations4553 thanks for reply.
I never realized headlocks just involve popping the tire over the edge and bolting it down. Always wondered how these worked lol
Do you make a 16.5" version for aluminum? Thanks.
No we do not.
So he pulled the ring up flush with the lip?

Checked the website only found the outer rings. Do you have the whole kit for sale yet? I also didn't see and inner anti cone rings on the site.
Joshua Poche our kits include inner and outer rings.
What general setting and wire should be used for this, I have a mig welder with 75 25 gas and .030 solid core wire
Murphy Barrera depends on your welder, please refer to your welder setting.
No silicone?

Did you have to rebalance your tires ?
Daniel R. Yes!
No adding 5 pounds per tire has no effect on the balance
is welding still required if the wheels already have the beadlocks?
Then why would you order this😂😂
donde se puede comprar
