How to install DIY beadlocks step by step!

In this episode I will explain the purpose with beadlocks and show step by step how to install a set of DIY weld on beadlocks to your rims.
The DIY beadlock kit I used was purchased from the Swedish company Mahlin Advanced Mechanics:

They are made in 3mm high strength steel from SSAB, called Strenx 650MC.

Actually no problem at all. But it all depends How center you weld the ring and also How center you clamp the tire.

Are beadlocks not for the inner side of the tire?

Real hummers have double bead locks and run flat inserts and they weigh about 2x as much as a wheel and tire without. It not really worth it

What is the name of the rims or type?

Hi. Its steel rims, ”black spoke” type. I bought them used so I do not know the exact brand.
