Nate, I love you man - your workouts carried me through Covid and you're the best boxing instructor on RUclips. Having said that, this workout was a disappointment, because it's not actually a 30 minute workout but a 15 min one that is looped twice. It's one thing to do a workout where you repeat sequences, which is all good, but to just repeat the actual footage is lazy and we can't take you seriously when you're saying "I'm with you" and "stay with me". You're better than that.

Oh man the lunges had me sweating and beating so fast, I couldn’t keep up but was trying to go as fast as a could. This was definitely a good workout. Anything with squads or lunges will have me sweating in an instant.

I definitely had to push past my limits on this one. Had me closing my eyes and forcing my body to move a few times. Thanks for always pushing me, Coach Bower 👊🏅🥊
Body punches add up fast and do alot of damage! They slow your opponent down faster than you would think, also opens up their head so much, if you keep chopping the body soon they are thinking about their body and the head becomes wide open!!! Going to the body is key!
No better way to start the day then going back and doing one of these. Now going to level up by ending my workout with 100 hits against a tire with a sledgehammer. When I first started this program I never imagined I would have this kind of stamina and energy in my 30s! Thanks again Coach Bower 🥊👊🏅
@@NateBowerfitness it's quite amazing that you somehow find ways to break me down just as I start to master your previous videos. That twisting then punches...W.T.F. lol. Those got me. Out of breath, I had to focus very hard to keep my hands up, snapping my punches back etc. Done right, this workout helped me discover my thinking ability as well as awareness when tired. Many takeaways. I will go at this one for the next week. Until you kick my ass again, ..thanks coach.

@@danteracciatti6994 I don't think that would even be safe. Think that many people watching and following these videos are not pro athletes, and such a hard rithm could be dangerous for the heart, or people could get dizzy and fall or something... Besides, burning 800 cal needs time, as only working in anaerobic at some point will just make you loose all the collagen and get dizzy

This was definitely a great workout. The only thing I can’t stand is that you looped the footage instead of filming it yourself. It’s hard to take this video seriously and put max effort when the instructor doesn’t even do the full workout with you. I will unfortunately have to find someone else to watch, it was fun while it lasted. Best of luck

Used your lesson to break in my home boxing gym, (away from 9Round boxing gym)and it definitely matched the intensity of my 9Round gym thank you!
