Perhaps you could demonstrate the punches in slow motion prior to the real thing, anyway just a tip. After the 6th Round, my performance dropped and i wasn't explosive... Double under at the 10th, was impossible for me so i did regular hops. Killer workout..
@@NateBowerfitness I did it! Last time I had 5 minutes rowing on the front end. Started with only my warmup this time and kept a better pace. This channel and precision striking ARE my gym!
really the one.thing i cant handle that is jump rope i can't do well. From bawor fitness I need best way to learn the jump rope well. Please Make and send the veido.
I love this workout but this version with the music in the first and last round, in my opinion is not as good as the other version. There was no need to change something that was so good. And now this version pops in an add right at the end. Such a shame. How can people follow a workout with adds?
