    Yay! My favorite forms of cardio combined! Jumping Rope and Boxing! You're even using the Crossropes (I have those)! I even have your Shadow Boxing gloves for when I wanna do some Shadow Boxing workouts! Thank you very much, Nate!

    Please know that you are so good, thank u so much for your time and effort, as a Trainer myself I can really appreciate it! I teach only a little bit of Rumble and sometimes... I turn to your channel for ideas and motivation because even trainers need motivation! Although sometimes I WISH i could press a "slow motion" button so that I can take note of your punches!! hahahaha!!! Perhaps you could demonstrate the punches in slow motion prior to the real thing, anyway just a tip. Thank You so much, this is a great channel and what I like that best and that's what I salute u for, is that it is free - there are sooooo many on RUclips that are only in it for the money.

    Did this one after heavy bag set #9. Fantastic workout 🙏🏽 @nate: the music in this video was really good. Volume, bpm, perfect. Helped getting through it. Would love to see more of this type of background amp-up music in your videos! 💪🏾

    After the 6th Round, my performance dropped and i wasn't explosive...
    Double under at the 10th, was impossible for me so i did regular hops. Killer workout..

      @@NateBowerfitness I did it! Last time I had 5 minutes rowing on the front end. Started with only my warmup this time and kept a better pace. This channel and precision striking ARE my gym!

    I love this workout but this version with the music in the first and last round, in my opinion is not as good as the other version. There was no need to change something that was so good. And now this version pops in an add right at the end. Such a shame. How can people follow a workout with adds?
