@@NateBowerfitness It was great! One thing I really liked was that we always kept moving, this way you can't cheat by stopping for a break before the timer ran out. It was also really fun that you gave us so much variation in things to do!
I have to keep checking myself though, that I keep the intensity up and don't cheat on the squats for example. When nobody is watching I sometimes make it a little easier for myself. Then I remind myself I'm training to prepare for when I can start boxing again once the covid measures here (the Netherlands) are lifted.
I think it was nice you one time added an alternative for the power squats. I live in an old building and don't want to be jumping on the floor too often, it's quite noisy for my downstairs neighbors. So the alternative exercise helped me out! Maybe you can do that more often. I think this is my favourite workout of yours so far!
Back to boxing after two years of hip and shoulder injury, can't go to the gym due to the pandemic. I was crying at the end, needed a few shorts five seconds in between, and my hip and shoulder hurt. But I never took my hands down. Some instints last forever. God damn does it feel good to throw punch again, thanks Nate!
Probably the hardest workout in cardio and endurance for me from this channel. Since I was focusing on more bag workouts.

Almost there, Nate! Currently taking one break 25 minutes in. I have probably done this 25 times.
Loving the regular boxing workout videos. In lockdown here due to virus so this has made training so much more fun (and guaranteed good nights sleep after)
50/50 bit on the bag bit in the mirror great start to the day. I’m a runner and do these on my active recovery days (Wednesday and Sunday) keep em coming champ 👊💥🤘

I did this workout today on my heavybag. I did not burn 600 calories. I have an apple watch and it says I burned 225 Active and 283 total.
Get finished the work out! 💪🥵 . It's was just the right pace!!👍🏿💥

That was a fun and challenging one. The weirdest thing happened though. Around 21 mins I threw a 6 at the end of the combo; 2 secs later you said add a 6 on there. We were in sync

Been doing these for about 6 months now as my form of cardio. Wouldn't want cardio any other way!! Beats stationary bikes by a country mile

Doing this one after a month on th4 heavy bag. Feels amazing to punch hard on the bag after squats and repeat this many times.
Of the many benefits of these workouts, it makes the core so strong.

What is the second song
I don't request it. It's too hard I only lasted 15 minutes. If you need an easier one go check his other 600 calories and tomy jeffries 20 minute boxing workout 476 calories. They are way relaxing than this ones. However this one sure works to get to 600 calories but it's too challenging.
Maybe something wrong with my calorie counter - i get only 340 cals burnt everyime . But great workout
Anyone else using hand weights?
I use egg weights when boxing.
