I bought a Crossrope a year ago. It’s expensive. I can tell you now prepared yourself for massive sticker shock. I even initially mocked it as being overpriced. But thing is super good quality and the app that gives you workouts to do is awesome. Even after a year I’m still using it. Matter of fact I use it yesterday for my workout. I’m not affiliated nor being paid by Crossrope, I just happen to really have enjoyed learning to jump rope and have some fun engaging workouts with it and I personally do recommend this product.
Man you’ve been coming with content for a long time, even when I know you don’t want to do it. I RESPECT your grind. If I can add anything to your journey I would just say to install an electric heater in that garage for the winters.

To this day I still can't do continuous double unders. I can only do one double under and that's it. I just can't get the bounce/rhythm right. I've seen countless videos on how to do it and I still can't do it.
Another good workout is- 20m x 6 sprints followed by shadow boxing for 2 minutes non stop. 5 sets to begin with. Increase time and sets as you progress . Follow it up with burpees if you can!

I'm new to boxing..have experience and been lifting weights for 7yrs but thinking of mixing it with some boxing. 2. Do you recommend any punch trackers? Or do you think they are worth it? If so which one do you recommend. I have heard about the FIGHT CAMP but it's pricey
Just wondering, not a boxer. What if I do this after my workouts almost every day everytime? You recommended 2-3 times a week for a few weeks and then a few weeks off. Is it harmful not to have that rest period?
It depends on your goal. You can get a speed rope of you want to do is on speed, or get a weighted one (like theo me JT uses in this video) so you'll work harder on endurance and stamina. Also a weighted ropa is a bit easier to control and get into rhythm.

it might be how fast you spin the rope, do you have a plastic rope? how fast you turn it over is more important than jump height. Also practice without the rope.
@@PrecisionBoxing I have a vinylish plastic rope. After I do the first double under and land, I can't jump up fast enough for the second double and the rope always hits my feet. Thank you Coach Van Veldhuysen.
Just try and string them between your regular jumps. Like do one double under and then some regular jumps, then do another . And once in a while do it twice .. slowly keep building up and you will reach there. I was at your spot and after 4-5 months now I can do 50 double unders unbroken

I do jump rope everyday, I just do whatever tricks I think while I'm doing it HAHAHA! I don't time it though, what I do is counting up to 1000.

I like skipping rope but prefer a wood surface (flexes a bit) or a some rubber or foam on concrete.

No more than one round once a day is necessary, even take days off in between. But if you are craving more then go for it!

Which handles are those? Slim or Power handles? Why would a fighter use the heavy ropes and heavy handles?
I can't sprint and only a few double jumps in between regular ropeskipping. I still got a long way to go ^^;

Just skip a set and take your time to build up. We all need time to build our fitness regardless of who we are.
