Show me one fighter that work out the way this man just did at his age. That was one hour of none stop work and his probably going to do a 5 miler after all of that. Most fighters reaching 30 let alone 37 find it hard to motivate themselves to do this and lets not forget with the money his made and still being hungry even if you don't like him you can't deny his work ethic.
