I did a round of this today and felt a like I had more in the tank so I started a second round. That .....was ......a ...... mistake. I made it half way through and now I can’t move my arms. I have worked out my entire life and at 51 recently became interested in boxing. Man am I loving this. It is such a great stress management tool. Thanks for the work and keep it coming.

WOW just watched your vids for the fist time. I just got a heavy bag and to 10 minute 1,2,3 2,3,2 freestyle and squat made me feel alive. You're doing great work if no one has told you already. I'm very grateful brother. Good luck out there everyone!

Quick question... how do you keep your footwork proper when you are completely tanked? Is there a footwork technique that you have covered to commit that to muscle memory? I notice that after I put some hard time in on the bag, near the end the footwork gets very difficult to keep ahold of.
Can anyone confirm the exact heavy bag that Nate uses in his videos; I have another name brand 100 pound bag "that I won't mention", that appears to be a lot harder than the one he's punches on.

I do 20 squats instead of lunges, maybe I will try the lunges intermittently just to see how it hits me.
