Thanks Nate. Lost 13 pounds , at least an inch around waist and lots of fat in 1.5 months. This is following your videos and eating healthier. Here is my usual workout plan. 4-5 days a week (usually 4, 5th is a killer). warm up+5-10 minutes of tabata dumbell workout ( 5min for a body part so that's 2 body parts each day)+ 20 minute punching bag HIIT (your videos) + 15-20 minutes of boxing routines (your videos)+ maybe 5 minutes of strength+abs (planks, crunches, etc...).
And another great 20 minute routine! Keep them coming Nate. Thanks for the clear video and voice over.. makes it easy to follow with the commentary. I’m a beginner, but really enjoying it.
Bought a bag about 2 weeks ago, been watching your videos every day, love the ability to choose different lengths because I run first and then do a strength session so I don’t always have time for half an hour on the bag. Love it!

Love this workout. Straightforward, easy to follow and direct. You get out of it what you put in here. I like combining 2 of your 20-min HIITs with some dumbbell weights and a hip circle for legs after these and I feel like a million bucks. Your boxing instruction in these videos does more for me than any group fitness boxing class. Especially during the Quarantine/Stay at Home orders continue. Got a heavy bag out backyard and do 1-2 of your videos 4x a week. Seeing changes already. Thank you.

It is the common numbering in boxing (for orthodox fighters which is when your front hand is the left). 1 = left straight (jab) 2=right straight 3=left hook, 4=right hook 5=left uppercut, 6=right uppercut . when he puts a 'b' next to the number, it means to the body. So for example a combination 1-2-3-4b-5 means left straight-right straight-left hook to the head-right hook to the body - left uppercut. I hope that helps :)
