Penny Day 3 was a great and tough cardio workout! From the leg work yesterday I could really feel it in this workout today! A GREAT FEELING!! You always have such amazing variety; I like how you mix it up with strength days for legs, then cardio followed by arms, with weights and without weights etc. you are amazing and so motivating! Love the challenge!
I LOVE the no repeat HIIT workouts! Favorite exercises - Bear Shoot Through and anything Burpee. And of course a visit from the pup-pup! Most challenging- Side Arm Plank, but your beautiful smile made me push through!!
60 sec work and 10 sec rest is crazy! But worth it. Loved it. I find your workouts give me real challenge compared to many other channels out there where i feel like I reach plateau quickly. I guess it is our Aussie culture that makes a difference... :-) My fav bodyweight exercise out of these? Probably one hand burpee... especially for 60 seconds in a row! We all say most of the time that time goes fast but for some reason when you are doing these workouts, it does not! Actually slows down. I wish it was like this every day... anyway thanks for uploading this one, it is a really cool one!
Another great one Penny! Good thing there were modifications- needed those today after legs on day 2. Wow even that initial leg swing warm up had my hamstrings screaming at me! Love this challenge and keeps me accountable. Love it ❤️
Day 3/42 The first half was too intense for me 🙈 my legs are sore since yesterday's leg day. I'm glad tomorrow it's upper body! Thank you Penny, too much packed in 30 minutes ❤️
I did the lower body strength this morning and this HIIT tonight!! I was really feeling it in my legs today ! Thanks Penny!! Cant wait for the Upper Body tomorrow and your 60 min BRUTAL full body the next!! Bring it on, girl! 🤩
that went quick as a flash! Not as gruelling as some but you're probably pacing things given it's a daily workout schedule for 6 weeks. I'm going to try and roll into the 40 min upper body to catch up a bit. LOVE the 50/10 as you know. Some great new exercises in this too. xxxxx
Well i looked at this workout & thought hey I can do this twice through surely for an hour workout, you have literally killed me after just the one time through, those side plack hold were killer, day 3 tick in the box. thank you Penny. I have noticed the advanced in your title .....I liked the no repeats too
Hey Tony :) Definitely don’t feel like you have to double up to get the best results. I’ve planned it so that the intensity, and energy systems we work constantly changes. We need those less intense sessions to help our recovery which is when we actually build and burn ☺️
I wish I'd discovered this 6 week challenge when it was "live" (although, my joints were in no shape for this kind of thing in January!!). I'm glad I've found you now. 😄🙏🏻🎉 Here's hoping I'm now well on the way to getting some of my former fitness and strength back! 🤞🏻

WORKOUT COMPLETE!!✅ yesterday got the better of me,so I didnt workout🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ BUT I didn't skip day 3, I did it today instead🥳😁(still 1 day behind but that's ok🤷🏾♀️)...of course I added jumping rope😁 LAWD and today I decide to jump fast AND try some new jump techniques.. almost broke an ankle!😳🤦🏾♀️😂 SLIM THICKNESS LOADING IN 3.....2....1..😂 once again great workout!👍🏾

Absolutely Lucie! The strength day with the cardio Bodyweight is a perfect pairing. Plus, you’re bound to miss a day here or there so don’t feel guilty or like you have to catch up. I’d set a goal to do a minimum number of workouts each week ... like 3-4 and then whatever else you do is a bonus 🙌
Imma be honest, I did this 30 min workout 😆along with your killer hit no equipment workout for only 15 mins to a complete 45’minutes of a workout! I’m Going all out 😂, thank you Penny!!
