    My favourite kind of workout! Straight strength makes my workout feel incomplete and if it’s a long one, it’s hard to add a cardio component. These workouts make me feel I’ve worked everything!

    I couldn't finish it today, Penny. I love the workout, but I'm a little weak after having covid and then slacking a little over the holidays. I got 3/4 through. I'll start over and finish this week. It's a good one! Thank you!

      Definitely a tough one to start back with after COVID. Next time try the No Repeat Weight Training’s. They’ll help you build your endurance back without being to taxing on you while you’re still recovering ❤️‍🩹

    I’m not over 40. I turned 37 a month ago. I’ve been doing RUclips workouts for a few years but this is by far the most fun and enjoyable dumbbell workout I’ve done! Literally the perfect combo of strength and cardio for me. I enjoyed myself the entire time and couldn’t wait to see what comes next. Great music too! I subscribed and I’ll be back!! Big thanks from the US 🇺🇸

    This is by far my favorite type of workout. Love like the others straight up strength! not just strength but "fierce strength" As part of the over 40 crowd, or honestly over 60 crowd these are they types of workouts I would love to keep seeing. I have followed you for years and I love your workouts. Please keep the compound movements coming, and also loved the finisher. Love Love extra abs!!!! thank so much

    The first over 40 strength workout i actually LOVE!!!...been scouring YT for so long...just cldnt find one I liked and also music is important to me and I love the music in these workouts...my only thing is how do we know when to change the dumbells to the correct weight?

    This was a really great and sweaty workout for me. I loved the long sets and fast pace. I struggled with the push up section though.🥰🥰🏋

    This workout was absolute bomb! And I am sweating buckets 😅😅 Favourite move? I loved them all and I have done most of them with 10kg apart from a few moves where I had to drop to 8kg. Feeling accomplished and powerful! Thank you 🙏❤❤❤

    My 1st real workout after being down with the flu for couple weeks. I liked this and it sure got my heart rate up. I like the lunge passing the weight though. Those are challenging and you don't see too much of it. Happy New Year! Can't wait to do your New Year workout! Thanks!

    I prefer cardio much more to strength training. I finally understand that one needs both to be effective for weight loss.I’ve been doing these exercises for a few weeks and I’m finally coming around to strength training being included in my routine (and noticing a difference already).

    Amazing routine. I need to buy another set of weight but even with just a set of 2 different weight it has been hard and so rewarding. Thank you Penny. Also my body thanks (my knees in first place 😅). Have a goodweekend
