Definitely a tough one to start back with after COVID. Next time try the No Repeat Weight Training’s. They’ll help you build your endurance back without being to taxing on you while you’re still recovering ❤️🩹
I’m not over 40. I turned 37 a month ago. I’ve been doing RUclips workouts for a few years but this is by far the most fun and enjoyable dumbbell workout I’ve done! Literally the perfect combo of strength and cardio for me. I enjoyed myself the entire time and couldn’t wait to see what comes next. Great music too! I subscribed and I’ll be back!! The first over 40 strength workout i actually LOVE!!!...been scouring YT for so long...just cldnt find one I liked and also music is important to me and I love the music in these workouts...my only thing is how do we know when to change the dumbells to the correct weight?

My 1st real workout after being down with the flu for couple weeks. I liked this and it sure got my heart rate up. I like the lunge passing the weight though. Those are challenging and you don't see too much of it. Happy New Year! Can't wait to do your New Year workout! Thanks!

I prefer cardio much more to strength training. I finally understand that one needs both to be effective for weight loss.I’ve been doing these exercises for a few weeks and I’m finally coming around to strength training being included in my routine (and noticing a difference already).
