Hey penny just completed this amazing workout 🏋️ was awesome 🤩 love standing workouts especially with weights more please 🙏 . I felt the burn with this low impact !! super fun combo moves really enjoyed the deadlift to row single L and R that was a new one for me! 👏lateral lunges knee drive crunch was great 👍 also did your 60 min superset strength and cardio workout 🏋️ to finish off one of your older workout 🏋️ which is one of my favourite ❤️ workouts 😅take care fitness girl 🧒
