    I absolutely love your workouts! The length and intensity are perfect. I especially enjoy the inclusion of weights and appreciate that the warm-up is counted in the progress bar. While doing the workout, the time flies by so quickly!

    Words cannot express how much I enjoyed this workout! All standing strength and HIIT will forever be my favorite. And the music was fire...I burned 309 calories 🔥 🔥 🔥

    Loved it!!!! Thank you, Penny!!! Honestly, it’s nice to have a no repeat, non-jumping, all standing dumbbell HIIT workout. My calorie burn wasn’t that much lower than with the jumping ones, either. Besides, nothing is stopping anyone from jumping if they want, right??

    Standing HIIT for the win. Without burpees I don’t get a chance to “relax” on the floor for a half second! 🤪Love it!😅

    Thank you for the variety! I did your workouts in 2020 when covid shut things down and I have come back to them now because I know I will get an intense workout low and/or high impact. ❤

    Loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this workout ❤❤❤ dripping in sweat but without the dreaded jumping for those of us with bad knees and feet! This workout will be on repeat for a very long time!     Loved this style of work out penny! I really enjoy the hiit standing low intensity like in this workout! I still worked up a sweat and burned approx 335cal!

    👏👏💪🏻💪🏻🤩 this was great, Penny ❤️ our bodies are still a bit beaten after the running Saturday, so no jumping was perfect today and we struggled 🤣 and also good for my easily stressed body.
    Great exercises (snatch favourite)and so good being back lifting with you 💪🏻💪🏻❤️

    Hey penny just completed this amazing workout 🏋️ was awesome 🤩 love standing workouts especially with weights more please 🙏 . I felt the burn with this low impact !! super fun combo moves really enjoyed the deadlift to row single L and R that was a new one for me! 👏lateral lunges knee drive crunch was great 👍 also did your 60 min superset strength and cardio workout 🏋️ to finish off one of your older workout 🏋️ which is one of my favourite ❤️ workouts 😅take care fitness girl 🧒
