It's been 2 years I wake up at 4 am every single day be it rain or sun or even power cut. REASON ? My dogs they start shaking to go out to pee by 4 . 😂😂
I am so satisfied with myself from more than 2-3 months I'm waking up at 4 am doing 15 min+ exercise , studying more than 9 hours... I'm so happy about myself....I just wish I could follow this whole life and achieve my goals!❤️
@@simranvaryani9619 approx 10:30 pm it is possible for me easily bcoz I have my dinner around 7:15 or 30 ,then I take a night walk for 15-20 mins and at last 8 pm to 10:00 pm study but usually my study time exceeds to 10:30 so ya I sleep at 10:30 positively! And right now also I was watching some study related video on yt and your comment popped up!😂
By waking up early we get more time, energy, atmosphere, positivity, vibe, to utilize time. It is "cutting off sleep hours" only until you are forcing yourself. Not after it becomes your habit. And of course you need to sleep early or sleep during the day if you think it is cutting your sleep off. In short, IT IS A WHOLE DIFFERENT WORLD when you wake up early😁😁. The best meditation is chanting the names of God and remembering God or reciting prayers... Afterwards we can start other work

I have 1 solution for you. Before 5min of sleeping you decide when you are going to wake up and decide your morning goal and tell yourself that "I am gonna do this in the morning at 5am 3 to 7 times then go to bed". You will wake up automatically at that time or before the time. I tried this it works. I hope it will also works for you. In this process do not sail yourself that only 5min then I wake up. You have to wake up when your eyes 👀 open at the morning 🌄. If you tell yourself that i will wake up in 5min then you are going to sleep 💤 more you can't imagin.😁

I was also like this...but for few years I'm not like this...but better now.. sometimes I feel sleepy...but not bcoz of my lazyness..but bcoz I have to think and plan about life..and thinking a lot about future and current situation...lot of responsible person..such kind of ppl can't get sleep properly...not bcoz of illness or anything else..lot of tensions and stress most of the ppl not getting sleep...it can correct! Then you will sleep early due to exhaustion
And waking up the next day will be easier
In 1 or 2 weeks you will wake up naturally without even needing alarm to ring off
@@shreyakamat787 you should have reason to wakeup early ...Im radio jockey and my show start very early....first years was very difficult I even got sick then now become a habit ...I enjoy waking ups early before sunrise

i too feel the emotion part at night for waking up early.
I remember one time when my mother scolded me due to bad marks. After that for sometime i just said myself at night that i have to wakeup early,
then i woke up early just before my alarm time like a robot😆
I used to wake up at 10 or 10:30 but now i do yoga & meditation everyday & i loved it♥️♥️

I have convinced my mind saying that I would take nap in the noon for about 30 to 40 min 😀 and one more tip is suddenly don't start waking up so early. Try to reduce sleeping day by day. It works. And YES YOU SHOULD PLAN WHAT WILL U DO ONCE U WAKE UP . I AGREE

I was also like this...but for few years I'm not like this...but better now.. sometimes I feel sleepy...but not bcoz of my lazyness..but bcoz I have to think and plan about life..and thinking a lot about future and current situation...lot of responsible person..such kind of ppl can't get sleep properly...not bcoz of illness or anything else..lot of tensions and stress most of the ppl not getting sleep...it can correct! If you are in the right place good place and good atmosphere...if you are situation and the surroundings are not allowed..aur agar aap jaagne ke baad bhi Kuch bhi jahan se Nahi Kar pa rehey hai to phir bolke koi fayda Nahi...if I'm busy and in a happy place I will wake up early...not in these kind of situation or atmosphere... anyway... everything will be alright...when situation will change everything will be alright...I will be more perfect!!! All are wants to be busy... nobody is lazy.. especially me kind of person..only the situation and the problems created all these issues... anyway Thanks fo sharing your experience...👍
