Tips by pri di are best for sleep I do daily walk 2hr ..no phone after 9..bath must ....one more thing I add here for sleep is apko agr constipation hai tonh v app so nhi skde make sure u have clean tommy ...massage foot as well..have a great night 🌃 to all
