I am willing to trade beliefs which don't serve me to allows openness into my life. I am willing to trade comfort for excitement , excitement to see what lies beyond the horizons I see in my day to day life. These all sound so poetic but in the words of a certain author, this allows me to express the inexpressible.
Yeah, you're absolutely right.. the same thing happens with me... I can get up at 4am easily but for that I've to sleep early which is quite difficult for me..
I've been waking up at 4am for the past year, since I've started my sadhana. I must say, my mood overall has been amazing! Can't really point out what it is, but I just feel good. Recently I've bumped it to 3.30 and it was really taking a toll on my work in the afternoon (It is hard to go to bed really early). But, I am trying to get there. Sweet video!
idk y....i feel like doing all the crazy things you do . u r ssoooooo inspiring and relatable. ive seen many videos on youtube but never found them this real . i always get a feeling of a girl next door when i see your videos. May be i relate to you so much coz i feel like i see myself in you. and one more important thing i wanna share with you .....actually its a wonderful coincidence or rather a miracle i can say. all your recent challenges videos came to my notice when i was actually in some sort of relevent problems and situations. Eg: i had my periods problem and then i was so worried about my health....my youtube feed showed me your yoga video (surya namaskara). and then i was looking out for cleansing my body off the toxins and i saw many videos on YT....then u came up with wat u eat in a day video (home cooked food). Now i was worried about how to study for my upcoming exams+help my M-I-L in food prep daily+work from home....u came up with Brahma muhurat solution. Jus so happy to have you . thanks a lot Anita
To wake up early as shown in this video, plan your bedtime by calculating 7 to 8 hours before 5 AM, which means aiming to go to sleep between 9 PM and 10 PM. By 8 PM, I start my nighttime routine: dimming the lights, turning off my phone, and charging it. Before bed, I take time to shower, journal, meditate, and pray. I also prepare my clothes for the next day. Just before lying down, I remove my phone from the charger, set my alarm, and place the phone out of reach, like on a desk or counter. When I wake up at 5 AM, I get up to turn off the alarm but avoid going back to bed. Avoid hitting the snooze button-it can undermine your goals and ability to follow through your promises that feeds your self esteem. Consistently following this routine will help you feel refreshed and have a productive day by aligning with these Brahma Muhurta techniques.
This was a beautiful video Anita! For me, the best part was how the results started showing gradually for you. Looking forward to more inspirational videos from you. And definitely taking up this challenge for myself 🤍❤️
The first and only video on entire RUclips to which I can connect. I checked out for the solutions of same problems that are mentioned in it bt got no solution. Finally, found a truely relatable video. Thank you ma'am ❤❤
Have been waiting for this! It has some answers to the problems I've been facing when I wake up during the early hours. Thank you Anita! ❤️ Love you for your content.. Also, excited for the new challenge!! (Moving your body for 20 mins everyday for 30 days)
Hi Anita! I have come here having just watched your video, 'I lost 6 kgs in 30 days with THIS DIET + Yoga. Here’s what I ate.' I really resonated with your choice of food for all 4 meals. I just have one plea - could you mention the sabzi recipes you have for brunch and the portion sizes. Those portion sizes in that little plate of yours looks exactly like what would be enough for me! So I would be really grateful if you could throw some light on these things.
@@AnitaBokepalli Thank you so nuch for taking the time out to reply! It was the first time I saw sabzi using pumpkin..i guess we learn something new everyday!!
This is absolutely true, I am a graduation student and i follow this practice for years. All my friends are always in awe of this system. But trust me this is the best habit that you can build for a healthier and good lifestyle. For people of my age, please please try this, I know it seems impossible but you will see all the good results of getting up early in the morning!!!!

It was really inspiring, though I didn’t do this challenge but seeing you at least I am able to complete my yoga and sadhana practice early in mrng from 6 to 8 am.
From tomorrow onwards I will wake upon 4am ... And I will complete my chellang, and I will back to you after 41 day.... This is strong verry very strong...
Really it is good to wake up around 3.00 am and 3.30 am by the way if you do any spiritual meditation you can easily grasp the power of that meditation or if make any prayers during the Brahma muhurat time definitely it will be get solved . If it becomes an habit it would bring a wonderful changes in your life
It doesnt make sense to wake up at 4.00 if you cant sleep atleast at 8.00 in the night. For most people it is unrealistic. The more practical approach is waking up at 5.30 or 6.00.
You are very motivational here. I also know that getting up so early is what I need and to do and I know this would only eventuate if I did it as a gift to myself and my fancies. There's no chance I would get up early continuously for anybody else, sorry, that's really is selfish as that sounds. Thanks for explaining a bit about brama mahurat. It sounds fascinating. It is also when the birds start their dawn chorus too I think.

Thanks Anita for this. I agree with meditation and sadhana smoothening the process part. Major unavoidable part of being with a new born especially around lockdown was having least sleep which later brought in negative mind and body outcomes. I dint even have option to head out for some break. With Sadhana and meditation, I could sail through, giving quality time to my child's upbringing without going through major postpartum back falls.
Apurva, I'm so glad to hear that meditation and sadhana helped you during such a challenging time. Keep up the great work! Sending you strength and positivity. 💜

Are you some God's messenger or what??!! Few days ago (~50 days), I had started a challenge of Surya Namaskar of 50 days. I was figuring out what are the "right" positions, how to do how not to do... Thats when out of the blue your video pops up in my feed (I know RUclips's AI has its role to play..Cool :)) Still... Now I started aiming to waking up at 4. Yesterday I did. I faced the exact challenges you mentioned... And this time again, your video pops up in my feed out of the blue!!!! And trust me, I didnt google or searched on youtube about getting up at 4! Still, it turned up and I couldnt be more Glad and Grateful!!!! There is surely some beautiful conspiracy of the universe ongoing!! :) :)
Was waiting for your video and here you come with absolute best. "You have got to live the life that you want, no one else will do it for you . What are you willing to trade to get something you really want?" questions to live by!
I have been trying to get up early for last one year but still couldn't do it. I have been following all the ways to get up early. The challenge for me is to get out of bed once I wake up early. My mind tells me to sleep in and I give in. I could get up early for 2-3 days but couldn't continue. I figured out that I don't have any reasons or purpose to get up early maybe that's why I am failing. Kindly advise what should I do in this situation.
So, what are you willing to trade to get what you really want? ☺️
Me too
I am willing to trade beliefs which don't serve me to allows openness into my life. I am willing to trade comfort for excitement , excitement to see what lies beyond the horizons I see in my day to day life.
These all sound so poetic but in the words of a certain author, this allows me to express the inexpressible.

Apurva, I'm so glad to hear that meditation and sadhana helped you during such a challenging time. Keep up the great work! Sending you strength and positivity. 💜
What time do you sleep and have dinner the previous day?
I did it for a while. Then gained 7 kilos. Now I've been doing it again for a week and have gained 2 kilos

That is true - 48 days thoroughly makes a habit!

Will post a reel on this tomorrow
@@AnitaBokepalli Thank you so much
