The closing and opening balance was interesting . What really blew me away was the fact it changes based on the way we conduct our lives ! Such a simple yet profound fact. South Indian food wasn't much common in north & I guess it's the other way round too in south too. So much of expensive garbage in the name of food has been lauched from America & Western countries or Chinese.

I’m 21 and whole my life I never wished to live or mostly in these past 2-3 years. But this 1 hour 21 mins podcast has changed my life in all ways. I hope everything is still going better for you. Around that age everything should hopefully start to get better. As a young kid we all had to depend on adults for survival. Then as a young adult you go through lots of changes and it can be challenging. Many parts of society tries to make people feel like they need to compare themselves to others. They also use other tactics to try to make people think that happiness comes from the outside. BK Shavani teaches lots of methods that can help you connect to the inner bliss that is in everyone. I'm sure you know that there are many of other great guru's too, even if there time has passed, they can still teach us great lessons. Everyone on this planet has a great purpose, and it might not even be clear what it is right now. One day it will. At the same time, the device that gives us the ability to access all of the positive information can also be used to trip people up on that path. I guess it's like most things in life and depends on how we use it. I'm glad that you have been searching and learning. I found a lot of help learning Kriya Yoga from a Guru named Sri M. You can just type in his name on RUclips and a lot of videos will come up. From there you can search for his lessons on Kriya and Pranayama. I've searched all over the internet and I believe that his methods were the best explained, and very effective. I'm not even sure if you are searching for these sorts of things, but I wanted to put it on this message incase you are, because after learning Kriya Yoga it has changed my life in a very positive way. Most people don't realize how the layout of a room, or any design can effect the flow of energy. It's impressive that you are able to pick up on those subtle energies, you must already practice some Yoga or something similar. If not, maybe in your past life. The Vastu Shastras go into great detail about how energy flows, and the specifics on how to build temples,, homes, or just layout a room. Every temple that you see follows this shastra. I hope that you might find some of this info useful. Some people just don't understand about the more spiritual side of life. I'm sure that one day most of them will realize that there's more to everything than they once thought. It's like you said, they have to make the decision on their own. Hope you have a good day too. I met her when I was in 4th grade 2004 in mount Abu. My grandpa took me there with him for 4 days camp. I still remember I met her and she was literally goddess. Her words her knowledge of soul and spirituality is really amazing. Since then I started following her TV shows, then off course RUclips videos , Especially awakening with Bramha kumaris ❤️🙏🙏🙏 Unfortunately I couldn’t continue the sessions later during my clg days but I still watch her listen her. Sadhguru and Shivani sister is my most favourite spiritual gurus. Thanks Ranveer for letting us listen more about them. Wow Abhishek you are a lucky person. I underconfident right now but a very good thing that has happened to me is that I have started watching Sadhguru and her. I just wish that I could meet one of them in person some day. I literally have millions of unanswered questions. But I will adavance to my spiritual journey nevertheless and hopefully I get to meet them at some point of my life.
What she says and what Sadhguru says is very much aligned. I have read Sadhguru s book Karma, he also stressed on the fact that your karma is your making. How can I ever meet them and get my millions of questions answered?

I am listening to her since i was 14 years old ...i used to watch her episodes being shakti on peace of mind channel....i felf a great awakening till i was in class class 11th but after then my life took turn and i stopped listening to her and in college stuffs and forgot all the teachings and after then i tried to watch her vds on RUclips but fail to meditate daily and was not able to apply her teaching in day to life.......my soul since then is craving for divinity but i think its tym again to pull off meditation and her teachings in daily to daily life . Vasudhaiva kutumbakam means all living creatures are one family. so obviously you just don't have to love them but you also have responsibility to protect them. if they go extinct, green cover of the planet which produces oxygen and food will go extinct and so will we. so everything is connected and everything have dharma (responsibilities) towards everything.

That was India. Stress was very much in our lives feks in the 80 ties when I was young. Scandinavia. I came into meditation in 1995 because of too much stress during studies and having a child to care for mostly on my own. It help me alot🙏 ❤

They also use other tactics to try to make people think that happiness comes from the outside. BK Shavani teaches lots of methods that can help you connect to the inner bliss that is in everyone. I'm sure you know that there are many of other great guru's too, even if there time has passed, they can still teach us great lessons. Everyone on this planet has a great purpose, and it might not even be clear what it is right now. One day it will. At the same time, the device that gives us the ability to access all of the positive information can also be used to trip people up on that path. I guess it's like most things in life and depends on how we use it. I'm glad that you have been searching and learning. I found a lot of help learning Kriya Yoga from a Guru named Sri M. You can just type in his name on RUclips and a lot of videos will come up. From there you can search for his lessons on Kriya and Pranayama. I've searched all over the internet and I believe that his methods were the best explained, and very effective. I'm not even sure if you are searching for these sorts of things, but I wanted to put it on this message incase you are, because after learning Kriya Yoga it has changed my life in a very positive way. Most people don't realize how the layout of a room, or any design can effect the flow of energy. It's impressive that you are able to pick up on those subtle energies, you must already practice some Yoga or something similar. If not, maybe in your past life. The Vastu Shastras go into great detail about how energy flows, and the specifics on how to build temples,, homes, or just layout a room. Every temple that you see follows this shastra. I hope that you might find some of this info useful. Some people just don't understand about the more spiritual side of life. I'm sure that one day most of them will realize that there's more to everything than they once thought. It's like you said, they have to make the decision on their own. Hope you have a good day too. I met her when I was in 4th grade 2004 in mount Abu. My grandpa took me there with him for 4 days camp. I still remember I met her and she was literally goddess. Her words her knowledge of soul and spirituality is really amazing. Since then I started following her TV shows, then off course RUclips videos , Especially awakening with Bramha kumaris ❤️🙏🙏🙏 Unfortunately I couldn’t continue the sessions later during my clg days but I still watch her listen her. Wow Abhishek you are a lucky person. I underconfident right now but a very good thing that has happened to me is that I have started watching Sadhguru and her. I just wish that I could meet one of them in person some day. I literally have millions of unanswered questions. But I will adavance to my spiritual journey nevertheless and hopefully I get to meet them at some point of my life.

It has been 3 yrs since i have been following Sivani didi and have been listening to her speak every day in the morning, my meditation routine has helped me heaps to tackle life's challenges and i owe it to her for providing me the right perspective in life . I am listening to her since i was 14 years old ...i used to watch her episodes being shakti on peace of mind channel....i felf a great awakening till i was in class class 11th but after then my life took turn and i stopped listening to her and in college stuffs and forgot all the teachings and after then i tried to watch her vds on RUclips but fail to meditate daily and was not able to apply her teaching in day to life.......my soul since then is craving for divinity but i think its tym again to pull off meditation and her teachings in daily to daily life . Her teaching has framed my life since teenage. And i really enjoyed being in soul consciousness all the time and now decided i wants to be a part of that tipping point. I will begin by journey once again. Thankyou bk shivani.
Loved this podcast. My life changed for best in 2010 after listening to sister shivani. Though I follow a different spiritual path but I still listen to sister shivani and follow her on all social platforms.

Vasudhaiva kutumbakam means all living creatures are one family. so obviously you just don't have to love them but you also have responsibility to protect them. if they go extinct, green cover of the planet which produces oxygen and food will go extinct and so will we. so everything is connected and everything have dharma (responsibilities) towards everything.

Dont knw Sadhguru? I have been to this cult headquarter called Brahma kumari in mount Abu. Agree with her 95% bt many things she spoke of are turn off. Biggest one being Humans dont take birth as Animals and vice versa.
