You have to be out of your damn mind to think that Monte Ellis was not a great player. First, he was one of the fastest players in the league. Hence the nickname, "Mississippi Missle". Monte could shoot the paint off the ball and if he wasn't that good why in the would did GS give him a $66 Million dollar contract, over 6 years, to secure him. He also outshined some of the top players in the league head to head. Players like The black Mumba, Kobe "Bean" Bryant, Carmelo Anthony and Kevin Durant to name a few. So stop hating on Monte. He had handles and could cross you up with the best of them. Why don't you just ask some of the players in the league and get their opinion on playing against him.

This is my argument for LeBron over Jordan. Many good players Ellis, Anthony, Howard have just been lost to the style of play in these last 3 quick eras of bball. LeBron has dominated in the ISO (Jordan era),The Beautiful Game (Spurs style) and 3&D Small Ball era (Warriors) with the ability to change his game. I don’t think MJ would shoot over 30% from three regardless. This would have taken MJ off the court today unless he pulled a Ron Harper and ran the point with 2 other snipers to feed. I question MJ defense would translate today because guys are just more skills, bigger and more athletic. While in the 90s he was more imposing, a Kawhi, KG,PG or Tatum would have no problem giving him buckets like Bird did.
