I was born and raised in Uganda, I am now residing in North America for the last 20 years! All I have to say is, not only has this film well represented my motherland, it has also been the best documentary I have ever watched! Well filmed, the voice over was epic, the soundtracks ohh my goodness! This has showed me places I’ve never visited as a Ugandan, the landscape in western Uganda was mind blowing 🤭 I felt like I was watching a movie! Thanks Thomas for bringing this professionally filmed series to us, thank you, job well executed 👍

I cried all the way through this at the animals, the people, the relationships formed and bonds forged, I cried more happy and hopeful tears than tears of sadness though. It was a beautiful piece of film and it has left me hopeful. My ship has sailed to do anything meaningful, I'm 35 and have spent my best years raising a family. My only hope left is to instill the same values on my children, some of whom are coming up on that age where they'll be starting high school. Hopefully they'll catch that bug that makes them want to get out there and do something to help and not end up left filled with "should haves" and disappointments like me.

Thank you SO much for sharing your amazing experience. I am simply blown away by the beauty and regal grace of the Bwindi Park and surrounding Virunga Mountains. I am a child of the 80's/90's and the pictures of Africa I grew up seeing were of the "Feed the Children" "We Are the World" ads depicting Africa as a desolate wasteland. I am so Thankful that My children can grow up seeing videos like yours showing the True Cultural diversity and the timeless beauty of an Amazing continent! Blessings for sharing such a wonderful adventure!!!

Yes they wanted black people and other white people to think that Africans or those who was enslaved should be great ful that the Europeans invaded Africa and Africans embraced then for only for them to turn on the Africans seal they land, animals and resources while enslaving they peoole. While creating books and maps long and showing Africa as the smallest continent ,while making you believe that Africa was just a deserted waistland. Make you believe that they ate savages. When the truth is the European went to Africa to learn everything about Africa because of its civilization and wht they have accomplished. But insead of spreading they Christianity and so call love. They instead saw the different tribes and saw hoe they live among they wildlife and how they was able to keep Rey animals while Europeans extinct they abimaks. So the Europeans always believe in money, they claim democracy but the reality is they lack morale and is only stuck on class. They ate very selfish and immoral in they country and type of thinking when it comes to politics. You see they have this natural instinct ad if God told them that I gave you the right to e the leader of evsrone. When that as never went well for them in history. They would not ikkiga!KY went to Kenya and a British country claim an African country as there's if it was so desolate. Instead the Queen for the United Kingdom had the nerve to name or even claim the National Park of Kenyan people land and animals. To claim it as her national park. Excuse me miss first of all Kenya is not your country although you invade it and claim UT as yours because you wanted they animals land with all they animals and waterfalls . miss you need to go fins a national park in your own country. This is the Kenyan people park the have they own black queen and further more . Africans don't need a national park, hats for Europeans who steal from the natives they beautiful land and not down they animals to or near extinction. Then trying to come back and play the Sri after they was the cause of the problem in the first place. Africans was living right hunting down different animals in a different times to not meal lie Anna human to go extinct. That's why grandfather's in the Congo state how they had so much animals tat Rey can close from and in his grand sin generation now they are hardly any animals because of the European stealing the resources for Apple ELE trinics, palm oul, loving. And Europeans claiming they need to put these animals in zoos because of the bush meat trade. When the truth is the Europeans is sealing it for the American zoos. They want to keep reproducing these animals so they can ave them in zoos. So the can make money. So they can play with these animals. They are long about the natives and us meat so they can steal these people lands to have them as national parks do they cannot live wut the Wildlife like they use to. However you see some European have a reserve or lodge. Get out leave these people property and resources for them

It’s actually not as expensive as you think. You can get 8 days there everything included in the price minus airfare for $3800. I might be going 🤞in March of 2022. The plane tickets are like anywhere from $933 to 1300. So you could easily swing it for $5000. I’m going to make it happen for me. It would be a dream come true.
