      Yessir! Definitely an all out reliable American build. I’ve had 0 major issues so far. Gas is definitely a MF for these V8’s though lol 😂

    The challenger is a very reliable car. I been watching your videos for awhile and your the reason I got my r/t. Now that I got a 2022 scat pack my r/t is my daily driver and it's still holding up after 3 years.

    I’ve had my 22 RT since November 2023, loved every mile I’ve put on since. Bought it with 6,360 miles. Have almost 9,500 miles now. Can’t seem to get my 0-60 below 5.2. Don’t wanna mod anything.

    Just came across your video bud have you had any issues with your uconnect screen delaminating I had a 2018 SXT Plus and back in 2020 I had to swap out the screen it started delaminating from the top portion at first within the first year and it was making my radio go crazy I couldn't even control my AC when trying to use the touchscreen it got worse within the next couple of months after that ... Apparently this was a common issue with the 8.4 uconnect on older challengers I don't know if Dodge fixed the issue with the 2019s

    Hey Grim Runner! Question for you when I start my RT in the morning it takes a while to sort of start with foot on the brakes and pressing the start stop button it just takes a little more then normal to start up what could be the issue battery is relatively new… thanks so much!!!

    • @Chrisgato1211
      @Chrisgato1211 7 месяцев назад

      Sounds like the starter is going bad , if the car dies after turning on then it would be the alternator, you should try to fix quick before that battery has to get replaced as well ! Goodluck

    Question Grim Runner... are challengers hemi 5.7 v8 solid engines that would last a long time like 150K + miles whats your advice on making sure the car runs smooth for a long time?? Thank you sir!!

    • @TheGrimRunner
      @TheGrimRunner  9 месяцев назад +3

      100% by keeping up with maintenance and staying on top of any sounds that may seem off. Change fluids in a timely manner, brakes, etc

      @dumbbo123 ...I'm about to hit 150K on mine real soon ...maybe today ... I run my Challenger RT hard everyday and race it at the track, occasionally

    My 2020 has only 310 miles and it blew the rear park assist sensor already. Annoying message keeps coming up on the dash. I shouldnt have to go to the dealer already.

    Only thing I had to do with my 2017 RT is a new battery and recharge the ac. The heat of Vegas has a lot to do with that.

    • @TheGrimRunner
      @TheGrimRunner  9 месяцев назад +1

      Yessir! I’ve been here since 2012 and had to replace the battery on my two previous rides multiple times. This heat is no joke! It actually screwed up my paint on certain pieces of the car

    • @tsumi79
      @tsumi79 9 месяцев назад +1

      You are not kidding, it's destroyed my wrap on my roof and trunk. My hood is matte black painted to match the roof and trunk and it's scuffed. Makes me want to redo the whole color scheme.

      Damn fam smh. I love Vegas but you definitely have to have a closed garage with a nice car here lol. I can’t wait until we purchase a home with a larger garage
