This is how customer service should always be! It also helps when contacting any company to report something that you're not satisfied with to be polite and respectful! Mistakes happens and we all make them! Those cases really look amazing! Great video and keep up the good work!

I've ordered Gameboy cases from CGC, too. However, I got the bulk pack with no artwork and then printed off the inserts myself. I'm really happy with the quality of the cases, and I use them for all my GB/GBC games. I've considered getting some for my GameGear games, too, but haven't done so yet. Definitely recommended.
I couldn't believe how affordable they were. As I saw in your shelf collection, they look great as displays too. GameGear would be great to get some for.

I actually collected from GameStop a lot of DS cases which I modify to hold various handhelds and I print off my own covers--but I really like how good these look on the shelves, the low profile (both of this company and my own) so I hope it all continues because there may be a time when I reach out to them. Especially after hearing such a glowing review of their customer service, that helps to win me over.

Yeah, affordability comes into play for me with the CIB of Gameboy games. I simply can't afford most of them, but I can afford the cartridges. I can easily protect them and display them with these cases and like you said, $4 a case is a great deal. Thanks for watching.

The artwork looked good too. Give the SNES cases a try and let me know! I’ll have to order some SNES ones too

Their Game Gear cases are even better than the Gameboy cases. They even have a textured plastic sleeve like Genesis games.

i would avoid buying the super game boy case from them. they sent me the wrong case 2 times in a row.

I've been using shadowfox / Jeremy's cases since 2014. I wouldn't use anyone else.
