Thank-you Glitteryglow for sharing this segment of the episode. For me the first season shines the brightest for so many reasons. The series, especially Lynda Carter, captured the spirit of the comic character so perfectly. The spirit of Wonder Woman hasn't changed a bit but a modern version of the series would need to be less Barberella-like and superficially much like the comic book. Think Clash of the Titans meets superman, yes, Wonder Woman is that powerful and her story is that epic.

I love that she ran them late so that she could change clothes of all things, when changing clothes really fast is the thing she does best. Also, excellent point that JayMazz makes about the closeup transformation. It is the tightest shot from the ABC run, but CBS tried to push the creative envelope with unusual and/or off-camera transformations (like when she was trapped in a rolling barrel, a spinning chair, etc.).

You left out the part of Wonder Woman's "Argentina experience" that she would no doubt like to forget:she tries to prevent Nazi agents from kidnapping Steve Trevor only to be chloroformed and captured herself. As Wonder Woman is being chloroformed, the expression on her face and the dialogue are priceless (Wonder Woman:"Mmmphh! Mmmphh!! Steve! Help me!!").

@carlcosta probably what you saw when you've been here is the population coming fron neighbour countries, specially Bolivia, Peru and Paraguay.. (many from Chile too) but what is consider a typical argentinian native.. has the looks of italian and spaniard in majority.. and other european countries in lower portions. and if you look at the books or internet, you will find that Argentina has South America's bigger proportion of white race on its population (95%)
