Instead of trying to run from Wonder Woman, the villians should had knocked Wonder Woman off her skateboard and removed her magic belt to make her powerless, similar to when the cattle rustlers knocked Wonder Woman off a horse and removed her magic belt in "The Bushwackers". After the rustlers removed her magic belt, the villians could had shoved Wonder Woman into the back of their car and taken her prisoner, and she would had been completely helpless.
Why tha fuck does she need a skate board if she can run faster than a car? Secondly why on earth is she wearing safety gear when her body is supposed to be indestructible? Awful script!!
I agree, it was shown in other episodes that she can run at 60 MPH+, why does she have to get on a skateboard? The other issue is that the skateboard can only go so fast down the hill no matter how skilled the rider, so the car should have been able to easily outpace her.
