Greetings from Italy! Awesome workout, thanks Desiree! I am doing your Pilates HIIT Challenge and this is the second workout for Day 1. The only exercise I really cannot do is the "reverse table top leg swing" .... I just cannot hold the position and move my leg at the same time. Do you have any suggestions for a modification?
Yayyy I’m so glad you’re giving the Pilates HIIT challenge a go! 🥳🥳🥳 Yes, you can always prop yourself up on your forearms but keep your bottom on the mat instead of lifting it up…then do your leg lifts and swings keeping your core engaged and stable. 👍🏼

wonderful quick jumpstart workout to any day! question: forearm reverse tabletop move, is there an alternate option to not be on elbows? I have a shoulder impingement that did not like that move at all 🙃so I got off my elbows and went into bridge. stayong on bridge was challenging with the leg swing 😅 thank you !
I did this workout yesterday, woke up today and my thighs were totally cooked. I was telling my husband and he said 'Oh, you got Daniqu-ed' And that is what I'm going to say to refer to post your workouts soreness for the rest of my life now. Loved this!

Namaste, I did it in the night, as 2nd workout. What do you think more effective 1 hour workout or split into 2 better in the morning and evening better? The menace is Four arms Reversed table- top with swinging legs, - as usual. I don't what does not work in my body for this exercise🤣shoulders, arms, back muscles? Have a peaceful day🙏♥️
Everyone is different, so you have to find what works best for you! Personally I like to do it all in one go instead of splitting it up…but if you’re limited on time, splitting up your workouts is fine! As far as the reverse tabletop goes, keep practicing! I can’t tell you why you’re struggling with it without actually seeing you do it. 🥰
Great workouts, but I'm having some trouble with building shoulder strength. I do house cleaning, so I have to push/lift a vacuum repeatedly through the day, as well as move chairs, ect, so this is may be preventing me from recovering quickly by further tiring tired muscles and tendons. I'm modifying anything that goes from high to low plank by just picking one position and doing the other part of the exercise, but I also can't seem to do all the reverse tabletop exercises without feeling strain in my tendons. Not sure the best way to modify this when my shoulders tell me they are done for now. Should I lower my hips? Or switch to bridge pose?
Yes either of those modifications work depending upon what the rest of the body is doing. I’m so glad you are listening to your body and modifying when needed. As long as you keep moving and you focus on proper form, it’s going to be beneficial! 🥰🥰🥰
