Why don't I hear you talking more about how engine analysis of positions and tactical puzzles are key ingredients to training and maintaining in high skilled melee? I only ask because ai solver practice and grinding technical wins against "perfect play" computer that can react to every branch and challenge you in random ways perfectly but you can still win if you learn the proper technique, has made players so much stronger over the years. I would imagine there is a lot of technology for melee out there like that and could be revolutionary, no? Might slap you in the face with maybe a habit, or a solution to a situation, etc. thoughts? I guess the issue is that their input solutions may look like TAS, as in 60fps but random analog directions, so it isn't really as simple as I'm making it out to be, perhaps nobody would be able to learn from such a thing but only get owned by it. But maybe grinding it from a position where they are in hit lag or whatever you know like how you reset, could be useful.
@@ftmfw07 basically like stockfish but for melee. AI's that given a save state let's say you save state fox off the ledge and the ai is trying its best to mix up and recover against you and you can always load back the save state.
@@snared_I think this is just a commonly understood thing, before 20xx and uncle punch people would analyze and brainstorm now we have the tools to set up a situation and practice it 50 times or whatever but it’s not an automated thing. You can def find save states of X situation online but I think ppl going to kjh for coaching are looking for a broader abstract or underlying issue they can apply to thousands of situations opposed to one
What’s Falco’s 12-frame punish?

Awww hell yeah
