    The term 'Quonset' comes from an Algonquian First Nations word meaning “small, long place”. The building style was learned from the Iroquois. We are still here.

    I saw a observatory dome, 8 foot wide and 4 feet tall, these would fit onto a shipping container, so you could have a 24 foot obervatory tower for 5 grand plus a ladder or stairs.
    You can also incorporate this into a 2 story home, make a staircase inside of a shipping container, and have a ladder up to observatory deck above the stairs.

    Framing a house takes matter of days to it's the labor cost that makes it expensive so if it takes the same amount of time it's not going to be that much cheaper it still needs Plumbing electrical and installation and if you don't know how to do those things yourself you need to get them contracted

    I mean... more resources would be great...
    Some things such as for example the gaming suite dome
    Are well cool concepts but the companies behind those products are often sketchy/there's a lack information about
    And I'm not saying scams but many might no be as presented... could take a long while for a prototype come out halfass or all sorts of hidden fees and costs or whatever....
    A lack lack information about a company is a major red flag.. and working with a sketchy company is a risk...
    Houses quality is a pretty big deal long term..
    So buying products from china for example (with a record of horrific corruption and cutting corners on good materials and so on...) isn't the best of ideas....
    And looking into those companies takes time...
    Wow be great man if u could focus a bit more on those kinds of "red flags companies...

    • @cgstech5657
      @cgstech5657  3 года назад +1

      The companies featured in this video are established, some in business for a long time. The Orbio dome is new and I've been in contact with them prior to making this video and they're legit. One of their goals is to make their domes for high-tech glamping.

    • @donotlike4anonymus594
      @donotlike4anonymus594 3 года назад

      @@cgstech5657 I mean that was just an example... yes I can understand that some companies are new..
      But non the less.. take orbit for example... I found the concept cool so looked into the company
      And all it takes is a simple whois search to see that the domain is about 3 years old (sure could be considered relatively new but given the fact that ads go back as far as 2 years ago...)
      With other red flags as the domain being registered by namechimp (protected identity) instead of a company... be it a llc or a giant corporate entity doesn't really matter... red flag
      Doesn't mean I think it's a fraud or anything like fhat
      It's an interesting concept...
      The issue is in general the tred towards new companies and projects...
      (And don't get me wrong even many old well established companies have a few red flags...) but u get what I mean...
      It is best to dig as much as possible into those companies...
      Since u have about the 300k subs.. it's a bit more efficient for you to look I to the matter man then everyone who's interested in a company/...
      And now it takes a couple of hours potentially go look I to the company...
      (Yeah usually less but u get what I mean...
      And a specially when dealing with large expensive projects 1 has to spend time to look into the company and insurance and.........
      I may be comping off a bit... what's the word... spoiled... but I'm not asking u/saying u shoumd do anything...
      I very much appreciate the time u put into making your videos...
      But j do think it's important to be as transparent as possible
      And to make sure people are careful
      Because there's a ton of snit iut there...

    • @cgstech5657
      @cgstech5657  3 года назад +1

      Good points, research and being cautious is definitely necessary with such a big purchase like buying a house. I saw a video recently by a youtuber Robuilt where he was talking about being scammed a sketchy prefab company with no projects completed and only 3d renderings on their website. That is definitely a red flag. And also, if the price is too good, I would also advise caution. Thanks for contributing.

    Most of these homes look "fabricated". But most of the "fabricat"-ion happens somewhere else.
    It's like car manufacturers getting the car 99% made in China and adding the steering wheel in South Carolina. The car manufacturer calls that "Made in USA".

It just means the producer is a clickbait snake, and is willing to lie and waste someone’s time by being so deceitful. If you are here because of the cover image, do not waste your time here.
